Dr. Landy and her staff at eye associates is absolutely amazing I actually had to have eyelid surgery twice because I had so much skin above my eyes. She told me that on the first surgery not only is she fun. Her staff is amazing and she makes you look beautiful. I trust her big time if I ever have to have another surgery around my eyes! Thanks Dr. Landy and staff

I had been going to another Eye Doctor for years and it was always a long wait to see anyone. My first time here at Eye Associates of Pinellas was great, check in was quick and easy. Everyone from check in to check out was very friendly and professional. This is Definitely my new Eye Doctor.

I believe the issues with this business stems from corporate policy. All the staff I interacted with were very nice and tried their best. However the phone system is the worst of the worst in this world of automated black holes. After many attempts and several weeks to reach someone including leaving two voice message, I finally reached a live body. She checked while I waited and determine that my glasses had been delivered to the optical department. I went to try them on and I was seeing horizontal double. The POLICY is I must "accepted" the glasses for three days, then return and get rescheduled with the Optometrist. I am leaving in just a few days for 4 months. I asked if I could return then to deal with the issue. The answer while politely given was NO. The corporate POLICY says the glasses guarantee is only good for 60days. I am now out $200 with a pair of glasses I can not use.

The whole process and procedure exceeded my expectations. The team couldn't have been more receptive and positive. Everything was done promptly, with a positive attitude and receptive tone. The assistance treated me as if I were their only patient, although it was clear they were always busy. Their pre-opp team were just as great. And their post op care was on point and the satisfaction i felt in regaining the quality of vision i now have is another great expectation I did not expect. Thanks to all involved. I highly recommend Eye Associates of Pinellas for your vision care. 👍

The experience with Dr Overlander and staff has been great. Staff are very nice and approachable with what they do. I would recommend Dr Overlander if you have any eyes issues and The Eyes Associates of Pinellas. They all do a great job.
