Dr Franzese and his staff are all about money no compasion or understanding for the patient. An accounting office lady called to request money before treatment I requested a pymt plan and she asked for 3K which it was a mistake my insurance deductible was already met for the 20% that I was responsible I offer pymnts every week. She refused asked me to go someplase else. I asked for a manager manager gave me the same answer. Go some other place Horrible humans
