The front office staff are extremely rude. They do not do what they tell you they are going to do. ex. fax lab orders to the lab and get nasty with you when you are at your lab appointment and you call them to say the lab did not receive them. that is just the first of the many issues that we have had with this practice.Think twice before you decide to use this practice.
