I have been a patient of Dr. Lungren's for years. I absolutely LOVE her. She takes time to listen to my concerns and answers my questions completely. She is knowledgeable, kind and friendly as well as insightful. If your looking for a EXCELLENT doctor look no further!

Totally unresponsive for prescription refills. Does not respond to pharmacist requests. Does not respond to requests on the patient portal. Does not respond when calling the clinic. My wife has been without her medications for a week. Writes scrips for 90 day supply and then won't respond to requests for additional refills.

Had appointment scheduled for 10:15, was brought to exam room right on time. Then proceeded to wait WITHOUT ANY UPDATES FROM THE STAFF (would just be common courtesy to let people know that the Dr. Is running behind...but an hour behind by 10:30???) This is unacceptable... I'll be looking for a new primary care Dr

I've been calling to set up an appointment and have been on hold for 45 minutes. If this was an urgent matter, I would be quite worried that the service may be like their phone answering. It is quite disgusting. I will be going somewhere else.

Dr. Lungren is the best doctor I've been to. She always listens and always addresses all my problems. She genuinely cares. I can't go to her now because I'm on Medicare but will be changing my insurance so that I can go back to her. I haven't been able to find a doctor since that cares. Dr. Lungren and the staff are great and always get everything right. And you never have to wait to see her when you have an appointment. 10-15 minutes is the longest I have ever waited to see her. She addresses all my problems old and new. No doctor since has even mentioned my old issues and always follows up. I love this doctor.

My experience with Dr.Lungren,has been amazing.She made me feel comfortable and informed,without the emotional roller coaster of emotions I have experienced with other doctors. She is a calm,lets get to the matter,smart woman,who has a positive outlook on your personal healing,and any medical intervention that surrounds it.

Dr. Lungren is extremely knowledgeable, and she actually takes the time to really hear what you have to say. My last PCP basically heard what he wanted to hear and constantly forgot my allergies and prescribed me one of the antibiotics I am allergic too. She has a great beside manner. I can truly say she is the doctor who I always wished I had. Definitely 5 stars!
