Dr. Mickey is the best She was so kind and helpful when I came in for my appointment. I was not feeling 100% and she listened and had great recommendations. After following her protocols my energy and vitality improved greatly. I highly recommend Dr. Mickey and her entire staff they are amazing.

Updated. Office was replacing phone system which caused an issue. Office handled my issue and inquiry swiftly so I am updating my review to reflect the go forward experience.

Discouraged and disappointed that I spent considerable time trying to get things to work out with this practice... but they just don’t seem to have competent people administrating behind the scenes. I was very much hoping to get to the root cause of some of the hormonal imbalance issues I’ve been having for a few years and so had high hopes after reading great reviews. Unfortunately I can only offer solidly negative feedback and point to my truly regrettable experience. After finally getting scheduled by a very overworked sounding office person Maria to establish care I come to find out they billed the visit in my husband’s name resulting in my insurance co. denying the claim and stating that I will owe $330 out of pocket. Ding. Second the PA that saw me Michele forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy which was only fixed when I called to follow up. Another ding. The worst was trying to get labwork completed. I go to Labcorp where upon arriving they tell me they never received the orders from my provider. I call Restoring Wellness about a dozen times with no answer and end up having to leave after an hour because they can’t draw my blood if they don’t know what it’s for I return a second time after being promised by Pamela in the front office that everything was in order and personally faxed. Again Labcorp has absolutely nothing and I have to go to Staples spend additional time and money printing forms myself which I return back to Labcorp only to be told by a kind and sympathetic nurse that I have to come back another time because my cortisol levels can only be tested in the morning.I left a polite and livid voice message because once again no one ever seems to pick up voicing my concerns and the number of issues I’ve had trying to get a simple thing like routine labwork done. When I got a call back the same office person apologized but made excuses for the errors without any clear indication they would try to resolve them. The half apologies and excuses I received drove me to walk away and let people in the community know that this practice just isn’t what it seems. I’m hugely let down as I have spent valuable time trying to get care and find out what is really wrong with me and it’s been nothing but an absurd nightmare. I have to hope I can find another holistic provider that has staff that actually care resemble something like empathy and most importantly know what they are doing.

Dr Mickey is working with me to try and find the cause and not just giving me meds and sending me away. Lots of tests but getting to the bottom of it.

Dr. Mickey is an excellent physician. She is well informed and keeps current with new ideas in Holistic medicine as well as traditional medicine. She is also Board Certified. I have been going to her for nearly 3 years now and I am so happy my insurance changed and was able to choose her. She is pleasant and personable while maintaining a professional demeanor. She takes the time to listen to everything you need to say and I feel that she genuinely does care about my entire wellbeing. As I am aging and my issues change or there are more that occur Dr. Mickey has always offered me alternative choices to think about and introduced to me various options to treat some of my conditions and some do require prescriptions. She monitors all my lab results makes sure that I return religiously every 3 months for review. I strongly recommend Dr. Mickey especially if you feel you are not getting good care where you are now. You will adore her. And you wont be sorry.

I had to call several times to even set up an appointment. I had heard from some of her other patients that they had arrived at the office only to find that they lied and did not accept their insurance. So I made made sure that they get accepted it and they did. However a month after my appointment which was my yearly physical I was billed for the visit. When the appointment was scheduled they confirmed that it was for an annual however I am being billed for an establishment visit. Be aware before you decide to go to this office they want your money and will compromise the truth to get it.

Great medical care. Thanks to Dr Mickey Michelle and Maria. The team listens and is very thorough. My physical exam consisted of a the most comprehensive lab testing that I have experienced. We worked out a supplement regimen and life style change to address the concerns in my results.

Dr. Mickey was nice she was very professional and has excellent bedside manner. Unfortunately for her office staff I cannot say the same. The admin staff was extremely rude when I asked if they accepted my insurance as well as when I asked to schedule my annual appointment. Being a new patient I was unaware the 1st appointment was an “establishment visit” and the scheduler did not tell me either. So here I am having to pay for an “establishment visit” when I wanted a physical. The worst part about it is they never told me it was an establishment visit. I told them and filled out my paperwork with my reason for visit “annual” and they never told me different. Needless to say I will not be returning to this office. They are money hungry and deceptive.
