This is one of the rudest "professional" doctors ever and I use that term loosely. He is rude and has no customer service skills at all. He does not know how to talk with people. Stay Away.

Mark didn't even take me back to examine me, check vitals, listen to my heart, breathing, etc. like any regular doctors appointment. Immediately upon walking into the office, he stared at me and didn't say a word until I said I was here for my appointment. Didn't get up from his chair, didn't take me back into an office.. but instead interrogated me IN the lobby for 20 minutes. He immediately disregarded my symptoms, my condition, and gaslit me into trying to believe he was right about me not having any issues even though he wasn't even LISTENING to me. He talked over me and pushed aside all of my concerns to ask me questions that were completely irrelevant to what I came in for. This man is a TERRIBLE person, and he truly shouldn't be a doctor. He might know medical terminology and processes but he lacks the compassion and drive to help people that doctors should have. He doesn't CARE to help people, he just wants to be right about everything and ride out his power trip. Someone take this man's license away, the reviews don't lie. Don't let your insurance assign you to him, drive further or find another provider ANYWHERE because you do not want him. Nothing will get done. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Dr. Mark Howell (not sure if he is a real doctor). Very RUDE doctor. As rude as he is I believe he has no staff because he is the one answering the phones. Don't waste your time calling the office for a referral or authorization. As a PCP he should have someone working on referrals and authorizations. He provides the referral but not the authorization. He does not care for the patient's wellbeing.

Blood work in our clinic reveled a concerning matter on one of his patients. Dr. Howell (being the primary physician) was called on current matters and mentioned " I will not assume responsibility on this patient and I have no interest in talking to a person who draws the blood." (assuming he was talking to someone who was not a physician) I am a physician trying to collaborate care for the betterment of the patient. I was very disappointed that dr. howell had NO invested interest in the patients wellbeing. Shame on him. Very rude old man. I am not impressed one bit. I will be writing a referral for a new PCP so the patient can establish true care elsewhere.
