Surgery Patient should not be made "wrong" about not finding vital surgery detail sheet, and so calling to ask and confirm surgery info. If reason for call is to confirm vital surgery info that I didn't have (couldn't find) and (RECORDED) I STATED THIS AT OUTCOME, then staff should be understanding, kind, helpful and patient to review surgery info with patient. Staff should not put patient on Defense. If I had found that sheet while searching through surgery packet, I certainly would not have imposed on surgery sched staff, As I was made to feel and spoken to like I should have this info. Scolding me is insulting. I was scolded, so I was insulted and offended. Purpose of my call (recorded) was stated at outset. Not acceptable. Otherwise, Dr O, Dr M, and every other staff member exceedingly outstanding. I've been a patient for 9 yrs. Stellar practice

Don't plan on getting answers to questions, timely appts, or respectful treatment. Seems more interested in pushing as many patients through as fast as possible for maximum profit.

Disappointing! He was clueless of the eye issues I mentioned - and was in and out of the exam room in a few minutes. If this is the BEST it gets at Eye Associates, this is my Worst experience with an ophthalmologist.

Was able to see better before surgery. Now they want to blame it on a medical issue. My medical doctor disagrees with them. Not only that but every time we come here we wait for hours. Totally disorganized office. My advice is to find a different place to go. Soon as I get to see another eye doctor that excepts my insurance will be hiring a lawyer to sue this place.

Very satisfied with Dr Oberlander and his staff. HIs scheduling assistant Katie is second to none. She is very professional with a heart of gold. Shows ultimate care in patients needs. I have had had two cataract procedures completed. The whole process was handled in a very professional and diligent way. I strongly recommend Eye Associates of Pinellas. They have literally brighten my day! Thank You.

It takes weeks to schedule an appointment. The office is very disorganized, also you will be on hold for a very long time to even talk to someone. I don't think you want to deal with this much issue considering that most eye visits are emergency and need to be taken care of quickly.

Eye Associates of Pinellas is a huge eye clinic. My experience here was less than desirable. The Doctor is probably fine, the staff is terrible. Arrogant, inexperienced, always with their backs to patient due to computer data entry and inaccurate prescription. When questioned, a refusal to accept responsibility for error. Not recommended.

Had my cataracts done with Dr. Oberlander, ,I was so nervous, but everything went GREAT! I feel like a new person. Cant say enough about the experience, very professional and caring.
