I was impressed that Dr. Williams took the time to thoroughly review my chart and the information from 6 years ago when I saw another ARC doctor. She listened patiently to all of my concerns, and made the referrals I needed. She was friendly yet professional. Seemed knowledgeable and also caring. It's rare for me to find a PCP with all of these positive qualities.

I have a son with downs, since he is over the age of 21 quality of care has been terrible until I found Dr Williams. She will go above and beyond to help with diagnosis and treatment for mysterious symptoms and chronic health issues. I don't know what I would have done without her honestly. I was in tears unable to get answers for my son and his ongoing conditions other physicians dismissed as not significant. Getting answers and making a plan of care with her concerning my son is amazing comfort and productive. She is personable and is very accessible, she makes herself available to answer any and all questions, calling directly with important information and test results instead of relying on staff to do so. She is a blessing to Austin Texas.

What was supposed to be a regular, quick, check-up turned out to be a long nightmare. If you cite me at 4:30pm, I will get there at 4:15pm and expect to be in by 4:30. It’s 5:15pm and I have yet to be attended. I don’t have all the time in the world, not for a regular check-up. Horrible experience.

Patient for several years. Doctor has ignored me for months, refused to write prescriptions that they said that they would, refused to send in prescriptions, lied multiple times about various medical matters, then blames everyone else when patients do not get adequate care. Seems nice at first, completely incompetent as a family doctor. Does not know how to follow through and get things done. Half-assed isn't a good trait in a doctor.

So many problems with this doctor I couldn't name them all. I've spend months trying to fix the damage she did. Save the time and effort and find a better doctor.
