Refused to provide antibiotics for simple staph infection caused by bad teeth. She didn't pay attention to what I was saying, made up a reason for my infection without any substance (saying it was a cat scratch) despite me saying the reason clearly early on was likely my teeth...and I was charged for things that NEVER happened such as multiple injections of medications?? I was only provided a Toradol shot, which HURT me, causing pain in my hip and leg for hours instead of any relief...She hasn't read nor responded to any of my messages or attempts to acquire antibiotics for an infection over the last 72+ hours. I cannot afford her unnecessary suggestion for an IV at an expensive hospital. I am improving on my own, but still no oral antibiotics, just woke up to a BILL when I explained several times I HAVE NO JOB, I CAN'T WORK, I HAVE NO INSURANCE. Also really didn't like the fact I mentioned several times that I am autistic & have anxiety but she just decided to touch my face without really asking. I'll gladly leave the first 1 star review. Maybe she'll read it. It comes with a free piece of humble pie with Pamela's name on it. I never want to return to Evara or as a patient of hers, I'm done. They already got the last of my money for the NO HELP they provided.
