Dr. Agrawal took amazing care of my father from the very beginning. Dr. Agrawal was quick to set up specialists and tests and took great care of my dad. He even called the surgeon's cell phone to set up an appt without delays. Excellent treatment by a caring doctor!

I called to get an error in a prescription fixed to be able to buy a new CPAP machine. The error was that the machine listed was a BiPAP/BPAP but the pressure settings were for an Auto CPAP. Michelle (Staff) and Jose (MA) were very helpful. Michelle informed me that I needed to visit for a new prescription since the original was over 2 years old. I currently don’t have insurance so I inquired about the uninsured cost; $400! My prescription hasn’t changed so I just asked for the error to be fixed as the CPAP store didn’t require a new one. I get put on hold and Ranjana (office admin) answers. Right off the bat there’s an attitude. I explain to her the situation and she’s just dismissive and rude. She did call me back with Jose later in the day to tell me that there was no error and that I needed to make an appointment. I explain the error again and she said that they “can’t fix” the original prescription (admitting there’s a mistake) and a new appointment needs to be made. I express that I can’t afford the visit and she responds with “Then you need to find another provider”.

AWFUL! Do not step foot in this practice. The staff is rude and does not care about customer service. It amazes me that the people in that office find the way they do business ok. They dress like slobs, have terrible attitudes, and no manners. They don't care to help you with anything. Nobody knows what is going on in this place at all! Don't even waste your time. I'm still waiting to get my sleep issues sorted out.

The worst doctor, staff and billing. Read previous reviews. Doctor does not listen; he is only prescribing meds—very strong meds—and unnecessary additional procedures. The staff loses payments and later sends bills that have been posted already. A disaster all over.
