I am so happy about the care I received at this office My doctor Dr.Ronald Troxell was so nice caring and extremely knowledgeable. I feel such a relief knowing I have a diagnosis. Dr.Troxell thoroughly explained and went over what was going on with my heel. He fixed me up and sent me right on my way. He did not miss a single thing when going over what was wrong with my foot. This was my first time at this office and when I walked in for my appointment the waiting room was a little crowded. However I was pleasantly surprised that people were being called back to see the doctors pretty quickly. The wait time was very short and the front desk staff was quick with getting people checked in and out. The nurses were so kind as well. I highly recommend this practice for anyone with issues with their feet. I really felt that this practice was highly reasonable with pricing as I am a self pay patient and have no insurance. I felt very taken care of.

Haven’t been in yet but phone help was excellent. Worked with my schedule to get an appointment that wasn’t months away for a new patient. This really helps when you’re in pain and in the position of needing a new doctor.

Friendly staff helpful for my husband and I who are both disabled. Answered all our questions very nice doctor did what he needed to do and we were out of there. Overall a VERY positive experience

Having had a terrible boating accident back in 2020 I was placed under the care for Surgery at Palms of Pasadena and had Dr.Troxell take care of my 2 surgeries. I couldnt ask for a more defined person of a Doctor that this gentleman has made my life altering surgery to something where I could never thank him enough for being able to do your magic on my foot where at times I didnt think I was going to be able to move forward from my injury.Dr.Troxell has been very thorough in his discussions of what injury I had and what we were going to do to get me back up in running. He is well recommended wouldnt ask for any other Doctor or Staff they ROCK
