Dr. Sara Digby is Great. Her office staff not so much. I talked with Sandra (Office Staff) this morning just trying to make an appointment and she was Very Rude and Argumentative. I only wish I had a way to Direct Message the Doctor so she would know how her staff is treating her patients. Had another appointment today July 11, 2023. Same thing Dr. Digby is wonderful but her office and nursing staff are Snide, Rude and Snarky especially if you ask a question.

I have a surgery scheduled three weeks out and Dr Digby refuses to squeeze me in for a ten minute pre-op checkup. I am an established patient and so I asked to speak to her and she refused. I am flabbergasted. She doesn’t have a schedule that allows for emergency visits or pre-ops that come up and refuses to work with the patient. I was told she said I should move the surgery back so she had more time!!! She took a hypocritical oath that binds her dedication to the sick. She is in breach of oath! DO NOT SEE THESE DOCTORS BECAUSE THEY CARE NOT ABOUT YOU BUT ONLY OF THEIR PRECIOUS TIME.

Dr Digby is the best doctor. Very kind, patient, and friendly..The staff, not so much. If you need a prescription refill, ask more than 2 weeks in advance. They answer the phone as if you annoyed them.

I missed my initial intake appointment with Dr Digby. I called to reschedule, and they would not allow any appointments in the future due to the missed appointment. Lame.

Excellent doctor. She listens and knows how to help. My wife and I moved here to Largo and needed a new family doctor. I am very pleased with her professional demeanor and expertise.

I liked Dr. Digby until she stopped taking Medicaid and didn't inform me for my very medically involved son. Leaving him with no Primary.
