Surprisingly good care. Thank you!
Read the reviews!!! This place is absolutely awful. We waiting 3 hours today and they never called us up so we left even though there were only 3 patients while we were there. The person who signs you in is incredibly unprofessional. I can’t believe they hire such people at a healthcare facility. Truly shocking. If you care about you health please don’t go here. Will never come back and call my insurance to report them.
I visited this ER over a year ago and my visit was a mere 15 minutes but that’s not a compliment. I was suffering from a type of eye infection that caused my left eye to swell shut as well as swelling on the left side of my face. My visit was very early in the morning and there was no wait so I was able to be seen rather quickly which is a plus. The nurse took my vitals as normal and had me wait for the doctor. The dr comes in moments later and we discuss my ailment. She then pokes around my eye a few times asking if any discomfort, which yes of course my eye is swollen shut. I maybe had 5 mins with the dr and she left to go prescribe medication for the infection. This all sounds like a great ER visit right? Well… a few days after taking the medication prescribed my swelling is not getting any better but worsening. The pain at this point was too much to bare so I went to an eye specialists. As soon as I see this dr I tell him about my ER visit and what was prescribed for the swelling. He looked confused when I showed him the medication and says he doesn’t know why they prescribed that. He then diagnosed me with cellulitis and prescribed me a new medication. After a day of taking the meds I could already tell a difference. Not a week later was my swelling gone. Here’s the kicker, this hospital is trying to charge me $1,418 for this 15 min visit in which they prescribed me the wrong medication. I now have a collection for this money… Please, I warn you to never go to this ER.
When an $800 bill turns into $19000
This place sux. Billed the wrong insurance company twice to start with last year then in June & July I never got the bills. Now I'm stuck paying a bill collector. Next time even if this is the only hospital left on earth I would rather die.
Bay Front ER is a awesome place to go nurses and doctor was helpfull and caring thank you so much stay safe
I suffer from asthma and I call the ER the person that I spoke with I explained to her hiw I was feeling, I have given myself a treatment this morning and I still feel as if I can't catch a full breath, along with other symptoms like high blood pressure reading high and the heart rate is pretty high just as well and I feel pressure in my chest and pressure in my back she literally told me I can't give you any advice as of to come or not, but there's a 5 hour waiting time.
They never sent us a bill and we tried to contact them multiple times to pay it off. Instead, they sent our bill to a law firm and took us to court, tacking on procedures we did not agree to and hiking our bill up even more due to court fees. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a medical facility.
Worst place ever the doctor was rude and the nurses rude Give them no stars
Thank you Dr. Papandreou & the 2 nurses that took great care of me during my gallbladder attack. Dr. Papandreou recommended an excellent surgeon that took care of my issue a week later. I finally feel GREAT!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
