If I could have chosen zero stars I wouldThis place is a run around scamKept coming back to the office and NOTHING was done except ultrasound and me purchasing compression hose.I was scheduled for the procedure to be performed only to be told after cancelling a vacation that I had to see another doctorSo I scheduled to see the other doctor was told I had to get another ultrasound third oneSo I did this appointment scheduled for the procedure AGAIN. Go to the procedure appointment only to be told that Dr. Rubinstein no longer works there and I would have to go through the ultrasound process again with the new doctor With all the frustration and going to the clinic approximately ten different times I gave up for some time experiencing pain and fatigue in my legs.I called back today to see if I could be treatedToday I was told they no longer accept my insuranceThis USA VEIN CLINIC IS A SCAM

This review isn’t necessarily about Dr. Rubenstein since I haven’t actually seen him yet but rather about the horrible scheduling practice of USA Vein Clinics.After researching vein doctors in my area I decided I wanted to see Dr. Rubenstein and scheduled an appointment for Thursday December 17 2020 as I was told that Dr. Rubenstein is only in this office on Thursdays ok not a problem.The day before my appointment I get a call stating that Dr. Rubenstein will not be in the office and they wanted to reschedule me for the next day with another doctor. I politely explained that I specifically want to see Dr. Rubenstein and so my appointment was rescheduled for Thursday January 7 2021.On Wednesday January 6 around 700 pm I get a call stating that Dr. Rubenstein will not be in the office and again they wanted to reschedule me for the next day Friday January 8. I asked if Dr. Rubenstein would be in the office was told again that he’s only there on Thursdays so I again stated I wanted the appointment with him.My THIRD appointment was rescheduled for today Thursday January 14 2021 and I just received a phone call ON THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT telling me that Dr. Rubenstein will not be in the office and was told I can reschedule for tomorrow. Are you kidding me? I’m sorry if the other doctor at this location got horrible reviews and you’re purposely trying to schedule patients for him but why would I want to see a doctor with an average of just under 2 star reviews when I can see one that has an average of a 4.5 review?This is highly unprofessional and ironic because in all cases I was notified less than 12 hours of my scheduled appointments that they’ve been cancelled and need to be rescheduled when you require 48 hours notice of a cancellation from a patient? Are you serious?Perhaps Dr. Rubenstein is a great doctor perhaps he’s a hack I wouldn’t know because between him and USA Vein Clinics scheduling cancelling my attempt to see him 3 TIMES I have no trust in the competency of either.

Very pleasant experience professional and kind. The doctor was down to earth and explain all the procedures on length.

A very good place very friendly staff and doctors and any questions you may have they answer the best they can. Very honest and they make you feel very comfortable.

The results are amazing and they minimized the pain and discomfort. Im so glad I found USA Vein Clinics.

I completed my Initial office visit and waiting on my next scheduled appointment with Doctor. The environment were well clean and safe.

I was pleased with every aspect of my treatment. The receptionists were friendly and worked with my insurance company so my cost was minimal. The medical staff put me at ease and I experienced only mild discomfort as my veins were treated. I highly recommend this clinic and staff to anyone with veins.

The people working here are the best. very kind and helpful the doctor was excellent from bedside manor to painless treatment. I would highly recommend the staff makes you feel like family.

I was hesitant to start treatment on my veins. Dr. Fan at the Archer Ave clinic made me feel very confident that I was taking the right steps. The procedure can be a little painful at times but there are no surprises and they are very accommodating. The office staff is polite friendly and competent.

I JUST STARTED MY PROCEDURE 2 DAY. AND I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PROCESS. VERY LOW PAIN. THE STAFF THERE IS VERY POLITE AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL. THE DR BOWERS HAVE EXCELLENT BED SIDE MATTERS VERY PROFESSSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC.
