My review is based on the staff. They're the rudest staff I've ever dealt with. Wanda the "manager" really should be placed where she has NO contact with humans. HORRIBLE customer service, if the Dr's only knew!! WOW! :(

In my opinion, Dr. Saranko tells his patients what he thinks they want to hear. He has had coversations with me regarding my mother, but when confronted by my mother and brother he denies what was said. MAN UP DR. SARANKO. People have a right to know what is really wrong with them.

The doctors nurse Michelle is very rude, arrogant and has little to no nursing knowledge. She is down right dangerous and the doctor knows it and has done nothing to stop it.This employee is a real liability to the practice and needs to be fired. But the doctor will not fire her. Guess he does not care how his patients are treated.

This Doctor is what a doctor is supposed to be all about. I'm not only interested in basic health issues but am on a path that I hope will ultimately lead to a triathlon. I'm lucky to have Doctor Saranko as my physician.

I concur with another rater that Dr. Saranko is a wonderful family doctor. He was our family's doctor for over 25 years and like a trusted member of the family. I live in Virginia now, and have not found a replacement yet. I've actually thought about taking a medical vacation just to see him.

John Saranko has been our family physician for almost 20 years. Due to various health problems I have seen a great number of doctors in the past 10 years. Dr. Saranko has been the most caring, understanding and patient doctor of them all. He will let you ask questions and talk to you until you are comfortable with the answers. Our family ranges in ages from 16-84 and he treats them all with the greatest of integrity and concern. Many times he has not been satisfied with the report done on a test and calls in a specialist to review the reports and tests. I have never had another doctor do that. Sometimes you have to wait past your appointment time but you know when you see him it will be worth the wait.
