They upped their game like big time. The wait time is pretty good; honestly they are good with mental health care; from my experience at least. :P

I was referred to this practice by my PCP, and when I called to set up my appointment, I spoke with the manager, Temetria. She was incredibly kind, patient, and respectful, taking the time to listen to all of my concerns especially since I had many questions about my new patient appointment and medication. When I arrived at the practice, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, who was also very kind. My intake coordinator was sweet and welcoming as well. Before leaving, I made sure to ask to speak with Temetria again because she had been such a huge help throughout this process. I wanted to thank her personally for her kindness and to officially introduce myself. She truly is a wonderful and beautiful person.

Everyone I interacted with was kind and personable. I was helped quickly, and it was easy to park/exit. Looking forward to future appointments!

I was referred to this office and told me that I would be prescribed the medications I was currently taking. After an over two hour visit, I was not only told that I needed to wean off that medication but was given a sample of a new antidepressant that was over $400 for a months supply. The provider didn’t care about me. Told me to do meditation and yoga for anxiety. I will never go back.

Up until this past week and a half I was thankful for Kelly. She found a non controlled medication that helped with my insomnia and I had been going to see her every 2-4 weeks despite having an $80 copay that I had to pay each time. Last week I called because I was going to run out of my medication and needed a refill but the office refused to refill it because of my inability to come in and pay the $80 due to my well pump breaking and needing repaired. I was seen last month and they still wouldn't even call in a week of medicine to get me through to the next pay period, but did inform me I would have withdrawal symptoms from not taking it. I called multiple times to get an explanation as to why they couldn't call it in given that it's NOT A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE and I was just seen last month. I was promised calls back that I STILL haven't gotten. They made it completely obvious that they care more about getting their copay than they do the well being of their patients. After the week I have had, I will be finding a new doctor and will not go back.
