The receptionist and the supervisor were just mean and insensitive. Never got in to see the doctor but if you would employee such horrible people as the face of your business I wouldn't trust you to be any better! They don't deserve even one star!

Horrible staff. Never got in to see the doctor. My new insurance didn't provide a card initially so I took my approval letter with my insurance number on it and said I could provide the card when I receive it. They were incredibly insensitive and seemed to enjoy telling me they would not see me without the card. This was the third time I tried to see the doctor. First time the waiting room had 30 people in it for one doctor. I didn't hang around. Just awful place. If a doctor doesn't have the sense to hire professionals to greet his patients, he doesn't deserve my respect. I would not go to see him if I could now. Both the receptionist and supervisor seemed to take pleasure in rejecting my insurance approval letter. Very ugly people. If you would hire such trash I could not possibly hope you will be any better.

I don't normally give a one star review, I wish I could give 0 star but I would not recommend this place. The receptionist is the rudest person I know, I waited 45 minutes to be seen and I had to leave because my wife had an appointment in Brandon. I rescheduled my appointment and was told that's a $25 fee because they were late. I highly recommend you find another place to go.

The receptionist is very rude. I have seen 2 doctors since I have been there. The lady one is great they guy can be an rude and doesn't explain your meds and could care less to what you have to say.

I wouldn't recommend then and nobody they don't care about people's personal health they have messed up my prescriptions for last 2 months I would suggest a different psychiatrist
