Very pleased with professional way treated, including making certain all was well and I was hearing properly with my hearing aid.

I was disappointed with the way Shawn handled my visit. My hearing aids are barely 3 years old. He suggested that my hearing loss had deteriorated to a point that I should buy new aids. I know technology has improved with leaps and bounds, but had been told previously these could be tweaked to accommodate me. He switched out my hearing aids with the new ones. He thought I wouldn't notice. When fitting the "new" ones they didn't feel right. I asked if the ones on the counter were mine. He said no. He then excused himself to use the restroom. He was gone over 5 minutes. I know the exam room have cameras and possibly sound too. I felt violated and lied to. Our last Audiologist, Christina was great to work with. I won't be back.

The hearing test was great and the hearing man was wounderful and covered all things with hearing results good on one side a little low on an other side all in all test good

Christina and staff set me up with new in-the-ear hearing aids and have been real helpful getting them tuned up and solving the problems I have had. Thanks so much.

I determined I needed to look into the world of hearing aids back in 2016. I won’t say where I went, but I’ll tell you what I spent. I got the most expensive pair they had, along with all the bells and whistles, for a cost of $6,500.00. After many visits over the following 2-3 years I just gave up and quit wearing them. For the next 3 years or so I tried over the counter hearing aids which gave me no satisfaction whatsoever.Then I started reading newspaper ads by Audibel. I thought maybe just maybe this could be the one. So I called the Audibel office in my home town of Plant City and set up an appointment with the friendliest lady named Shauna. And then there was Christina the hearing aid specialist who spent so much time Examining and testing my hearing. And it was evident to me that this person knew her business and genuinely cared about her patients. My hearing is just fine now!! And I have made 2 new friends in Christina and Shauna. I purchased the best they had and got the best hearing aids and friends. I don’t know about other Audibel businesses but I highly recommend Christina and Shauna in Plant City, Florida.
