When meeting with Dr. G he is very thorough. However 90% of my visits are with assistants. Recently disappointed that upon checking in for an appointment I was told I had missed an appointment 8 months ago and was being assessed a $50 “no show” penalty and since I had misplaced my wallet and couldn’t pay I would have to reschedule my appointment AFTER I paid the penalty. I was there for a weight loss consultation and a handicap permit application which I was originally told would require TWO SEPARATE appointments. All about milking the system I guess. Loved Dr. G when I got to see him. Upfront Office staff needs customer service training.

The front office staff are bullys especially the Hispanic girl who has been there a long time. She bosses the other girls around and there is no consistency in her rules.

These people care! They went over and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. Caring doctors and staff, clean rooms and waiting area. If you are looking for a new family doctor come here you won't be disappointed. Thanks again to the entire staff

To all my friends and anyone who lives in plant city do not use Dr Paul Michael Gimness in plant city he a horrible human being what happen was my mom see a doctor and the doctor saw my mom was a nurse practitioner my mom real bad sick and the nurse practitioner said my mom needed to go to the hospital and they called 911 for her to be taking to the hospital well Dr Paul told them to cancel the ambulance and Dr Paul never examined my mom so what place is it of his to say she shouldn’t go when this nurse practitioner said she needed to go I’m so mad right now I hope Paul Michael reads this because you are a worthless pos and hypocrite and if you read this Paul Michael sue me you hypocrite of Christian man and yes I’m making this post Public I hope Paul Michael reads this

My husband and I have been doing Dr G for almost 6 years now. He is very thorough, caring, takes time to listen and address all your concerns. My son has been seeing him for 3 years now and will not see any other doctor. My daughter that lives in West Palm Beach is also seeing doctor Gimness. She does telemedicine consult and when necessary comes to visit and sees him in office. His staff is great. What he does in his private life is none of my business. I am there to get great medical attention and that is what I receive from Dr Gimness. Thank you to him and his staff for taking care of my families medical needs .

He's very thorough. He is the closest to Dr. House, from the TV show, that you can get. I mean that in the most sincere way. He can figure it out. A brilliant mind. Very thankful for Dr. Gimness and staff. He is the real deal.

Remember years past when doctors cared about their patients.Who took their practice seriously.I highly recommend Dr.Michael Paul Gimness.He is that type of Doctor.Superior listing skills,ask’s questions, very attentive.Office staff.Beyond friendly and courteous.I haven’t had any problems. This is one very well organized team, of professional’s,who care about their patients.

Paul Gimness pretends to be someone he is not. He is dishonest and not trustworthy. He overmedicates and orders unnecessary labs. He is on vacation most of time and you cannot make appointments to see him. His front staff are rude and sarcastic. Very unprofessional office.
