List of Abed Alhomsi's Reviews
If only -5 stars were possible. This review is not about Dr. Alhomsi as he was great. It's a shame the office management is abysmal. Booking an appointment is a month out, and blood work is just as long. Once you finally get the results of your blood work, YOU must work to book another appointment (Which again, is a few weeks out) to go over the results. And once the day comes to review your results, you run the risk of it being canceled while you wait. - As it happened to me! Every interaction I've had with this office has gone south. I've had 2 appointments canceled by their staff and their only rebuttal is that they'll "Try to squeeze me in" the following week. Thankfully this isn't for anything critical because this is the last place I'd want to be if I urgently needed medical attention. I hope CCG makes some improvements because they have lost me as a patient.
My poor experience is not about the doctors themselves but more about the struggle I had to schedule an appointment with them when I needed them the most. I was infected with COVID and was experiencing shortness of breath. I called the office on a Monday but nobody picked up and every time I tried to leave a voicemail, it would hang up on me after 2 seconds. The SAME exact experience on Tuesday. On Wednesday, I decided to make an appointment online. On Thursday they called me to schedule an appointment for Friday. On Friday, I was FINALLY able to speak to a doctor where they prescribed me medication that would’ve been helpful 5 days earlier. By this point, my shortness of breath was so severe, that I had to go to the hospital, which turned into a 2 week stay.
He s ave my husband life best doctor i ever met.
I have not had a doctor before that truly listened to everything I would tell him and shrug it off. If I have an issue with something, he understands and factors that in. . When I do see him, it’s like I am the only patient. Never does he rush me. The staff is great also. The best!

He needs to be cloned !
Doctor Alhosi was very kind and put my mind at ease. I wish his office staff was more professional and understanding that his patients are seeing him due to a concern so a bit more empathy and professionalism goes a long way.
Ive been seeing Dr Alhomsi for just over a year. He is very personable and treats you wtth dignity and respect. Im not fond of doctors in general...but this one is a 10! CCG of Florida has some issues with patient interaction however. I found it impossible to speak to or figure out how to communicate with Alhomsi re a respiratory infection. An appointment in 2 weeks was not the answer. The extension for leaving messages appeared to be a place to request RX renewals and is checked at least once in a 24 hour period...I ended up at Walmart walk in clinic. Easier and faster.
Dr. Alhomsi cares about your health. He is kind and a good listener. He has never been too busy or uncaring. Highly recommend!
Dr. Abed is an excellent physician. He takes his time to listen to you and analyze the symptoms. I have hereditary high cholesterol and we are watching it very close. It is encouraging when your doctor's cheers you up seen your blood work results getting better.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
