Wait time 2hours. Staff never answers the phone. I have to go to the office in person. He was rude, short, and demeaning! He asked me if I could count. I have a Masters Degree in education.

My second time seeing Dr Fernandez and each time I get to appointment 1/2 hour earlier and the wait each time is a 2 hour wait in waiting room then another hour and a half in room!!!!! I am looking for another Endocrinologist

Everything, from the office to the doctor was terrible. I should have walked out.

This would be the last dr I would recommend to a friend unless you have all the time to wait. Each of my 4 bodies have been over an hour, the last one was 3 hours and when I mentioned it to him,there was not even an explanation or inkling of an apology! I write this as I sit for almost 2 hrs waiting again. I've decided it's also my last visit: I'm searching for other endocrinologists -while listening to him meet loudly with patients.

1st appointment was fine, waited 30 mins. 2nd appt, waited 3 1/2 hours! for a 15 mins consultation. When I arrived inquire about today's' wait, the staff told me he came late from lunch. After 2 1/2 hrs they moved me to a waiting room. For 1 hr I heard the doctor talking 5 mins to 2 other patients. BUT ALSO answering his cell and talking about his vacation in Maine. Said that next time we will talk about thyroid medication that I need to take. Why not now? Next time-he said Go figure!

Great doctor. Very attentive and thorough. Wait time was less than 15 mins. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Dr fernandez Bravo is the worst Dr ever. I waited 2 hours the 1st 2 times. Today I'm waiting about 3 hours as I write this. His bedside manner is atrocious. He examines you with the door open so everyone can hear what he is saying. I heard the diagnosis of 2 patients while waiting. He doesn't care to answer questions and prefers to dictate to his recorder expecting you to understand his medical lingo. And good luck calling the office and speaking to a person

Don't bother making an appointment with this doctor. You will wait for hours and only be seen for 20-30mins and leave not being properly treated. Horrible doctor who should do everyone favor and retire.

It has been the worst experience with Dr. and Dr. office. Every time I went for a visit i had to wait 3 hours before the doctor saw me. I can't understand him and he is not sympathetic at all. To get a result from a biopsy I have to wait an extra week after he receive the result. I would hardly recommend not to go to him.

I wasted an entire afternoon in Dr. Alberto Fernandez-Bravo's office, despite the fact I had an appointment. The most unprofessional environment and experience of my life. While I waited in one of the rooms I overhead Dr. Alberto Fernandez-Bravo arguing with another patient and their spouse about politics. After hours of waiting by myself he wouldn't allow me to explain my medical symptoms. In fact, he cut me off and told me he would give me a chance to talk when he was ready. He had NO IDEA what my medical condition was or how to diagnosis it and told me "maybe you just have some weird virus that you will never know what it is or what caused it". When I requested my medical history/report to forward to another Doctor I wanted to see, he called me personally to demand I see him instead and to tell me "I was messing up his business". He also claimed he would not send the other Doctor my records because I wouldn't see him first. The worst medical experience of my entire life. I would not recommend Dr. Alberto Fernandez-Bravo to my worst enemy.
