Being new in the area of Plantation, Florida, I searched for a primary doctor, and was extremely lucky to find Dr. Alexander Luna at the Conviva Health Center. He is an extremely good listener, patient, caring, and spends the necessary time needed at the visit. Not like other doctors who hardly look at you and seem to be in a rush. He explains and teaches you ways to feel and live better. I strongly recommend him. The nurses Prissy and Sandra and front office staff Maria and Keyonne are friendly and accommodating. For anyone seeking a doctor, Dr. Luna is excellent. I'm glad I found him.

I have taken my mother to see Dr. Luna several times. He is very compassionate, listens to his patients (and patiently), and provides very good health advice. I highly, highly recommend him. If he were in network for my insurance, I would absolutely go see him as my primary care. The office staff is helpful when on site, and they are mostly responsive to telephone calls.

Unfair to judge this wonderful doc by the organization he works for. He is caring, compassionate, spends time, asks the right questions, and smart! All the attributes I want in my doctor. As for Conviva, I feel it was a warm, friendly and professional environment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. LUNA

Untrustworthy office. I am a patient need a referral/ General Surgeon, Took all info from the urgent care I was in on NYE. One of the girls at the front desk told me I don’t need to give anything but the info regarding the referral. So I made my appt with the specialist and call my primary’s doc office to give all info. I received a called from from Dr Luna assistant 3 hrs later letting me know I need paper work I faxed it. She’ll check on it & call me back. Needless to say she never did. I called this morning around 9 am & sure thing nothings is being done. His assist told me she will have the Doctor sings & send it. I have an appointment tomorrow. I called the office after 4 hr to check on the status and I was told that as of yesterday by Marlene (couldn’t understand with an accent) was sent I told her this morning some else Yolen the assistant was taking Care of it. Called insurance nothing call the office back & now they say no authorization code doc left the note open. Liars
