Andrea Ramsay's Online Review Report Card

The admin staff are excellent, very friendly and professional. However, after having a visit with Brittany, I left so ashamed. I have always been healthy and after gaining some weight during COVID, I felt very judged and self-conscious as she kept looking at my midsection. I told her I eat a healthy diet but am not as active as I was pre-COVID, and she looked at me like I was a liar. It was very uncomfortable, therefore I will not be returning. However, I have heard excellent things about Dr. Ramsay.

After looking for years for a a good doctor, we finally found one. Dr. Ramsay. is an incredible person, compassionate and really listens without rushing you out and offers solutions and advice. We wish ALL doctors were like her. The assisting nurses were also very polite and friendly. We did not have to wait at all before seeing Dr. Ramsay. The rest of the office staff were very nice which is very hard to find these days (thank you Anissa). In our previous two doctors, it was impossible to see a doctor, it was always a nurse practitioner. Nothing against NP but we wanted to see a Doctor MD.

One of the best Doctors that I have gone to. She truly cares for her patience and is a true doctor not just a referral person. If she can do the procedure she will instead of sending you to someone else. She is upfront makes recommendations and leaves it up to you. She also has a great dedicated staff working with her. I highly recommend her as a family doctor

I have been going to Associates MD on Sunrise for four years and love it. This is the first time in my life where I have felt like I had a true partner in my overall health and well-being. Brittany Cianelli is my PA and she is knowledgeable, kind, and has a holistic health perspective which I appreciate. I highly recommend this practice!

Love Brittany and the staff but its getting harder to get an appointment. Thinking of changing locations for my family. I left a message yesterday and again this morning in requrds to my cat bitting me and its infected. I'm diabetic and just wanted an antibiotic called into my pharmacy. Will be going to MD Urgent Care since its late Friday afternoon and no phone calls from anyone at this office. To many patients for a small office. Have been an a established patient for years. It's now Monday and left another message for Dr Ramsey this morning. Went to MD Now Urgent Care yesterday. I now have cellulitis infection on my leg and was given an antibiotic. That's all I needed from Dr Ramsey office since last Thursday. Will be switching back to Associates MD Plantation for my family.

I want to begin by saying that I am so impressed with Dr. Ramsay. If I were rating her alone I would easily offer a 5-star review. I am a fairly new patient and the transition to Associates MD was very smooth! I was pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail and the attention given to my concerns. However, my most recent experience with the office/administrative side has prompted this review. I’ve actually never left a review anywhere!I have been seeing an orthopedic in preparation for shoulder surgery. One of the steps in this process was to have pre-op tests performed including an EKG, bloodwork, and a chest X-ray. In addition, the ortho required my primary physician to give her approval for the surgery.I made the appointment and arrived to have all tests performed in-office with the exception of the x-ray. Again, Dr Ramsay was the best!Several days later, I hear from my ortho that the lab results did not include an important test (which was confirmed to be in the original orders). Because of this, I had to reschedule my surgery and re-take bloodwork. This is after the office staff told me my ortho had not requested this particular test- wrong!I arrived the next business day at 9 am to have the blood drawn and was told they stop taking blood at 8:30! What?! No one told me that. Finally they went ahead and drew the blood.It’s been 48 hours and although the labs were sent over- all is good with that - the ortho says they have yet to receive the ekg results and Dr. Ramsay’s noted. They cannot move forward without this. I’ve been told multiple times that they have faxed it but nothing has been received. I’m beyond frustrated. I asked if they could email to me but was told no. I called back trying to find a solution and was told the office manager would call me ASAP. Still haven’t heard from her. I’m about to give up. What a shame to have one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen be tainted by this incompetence.CONTINUED:Thank you Alex for taking the time to call and address my concerns. Many efforts have been made to resolve this situation. With these efforts among other things, I finally had my surgery. I look forward to continuing seeing Dr. Ramsay.

I went to see Dr. Ramsay for the first time. She truly listens and cares about her patients. So glad I found her!

The young lady at the door Tiffany is the most sweetest human being you can come across,very respectful NEVER been rude to me,always so patient when accommodating me,never in a rush or try to push me off.Just a very warm person with a beautiful spirit,Tiffany if you can see this I appreciate you for all that you do, thank you for being so kind to me.The world really need more amazing people like you keep on being beautiful on the inside,it really does not go unnoticed.THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS SHARING YOUR SMILE.MAY GOD BLESS YOU.

Amazing staff at this place and how they make it Covina free is great. You don’t come in and sign in. It is all done outside and the nurse, Tiffany, is so attentive and caring when you arrive. The nurse who draws out your blood is fast and good. Also, the ladies in the front from taking you in, to the appointment area, are fantastic. Let’s not forget, Dr. Brittany, although not a doctor but a PA... she is knowledgeable as a doctor and actually listens to all your concerns to get to the root of the problem. She is passionate in her work and she becomes very concern of you as if you are one of the family. I would recommend this place. And they also offer CBD when it comes to anxiety, sleep issues, and panic attacks. Since taking it, I can say it helped a lot. Thanks Associate MD!!
