Arnoldo Ghitis's Online Review Report Card

On Tuesday October 4, 2022 was my first visit to Dr. Ghitis's office and it truly was a good experience...He came in the office and a provided a fist bump (of which I loved, Lol!) and then he went on with the business at hand. He listed to my concerns, he was patient and kind. He was a referral from one of my other doctor's and I'm glad she did, "he's a keeper"!

I work in the medical Field and I wanted to refer a patient to this office. I have heard the doctor is great, but the staff is so disrespectful and have a bad attitude over the phone. If they treated me like this I can only imagine how they treat their new patient over the phone.

Dr. Ghitis is a very good doctor. I second to the other person that the office stuff is one of the worst I had seen. I had waited for more than 30 minutes to get phone through multiple times and they would not even say "sorry". The worse part is, if the person you want to reach is not available and you have to go through this painful and time wasting calling again. If they told you the person is on another line and would call you back, you would not get that call for a few hours. A couple of them sound pretty rude.

I will like to say for starters. Everyone was at a professional level. A lot of times you are unable to connect with Doctors.I'm so happy to say that I found Dr. Ghitis to be a listener with answers and one that cares about his patients. If you're seeking a heart, ekg etc. Give them a call and find yourself in the Best care and company.

hes a great doctor but his office staff is one of the worst i ever encounter. his office never answeres the phone and phone wait time is ridiculous. getting ready to seek new doctor just to avoid his horrible staff

Dr.Ghitis is a great doctor! BUT THE STAFF IS THE WORST I CALLED 3WKS AGO TO ASK ABOUT STOPPING ONE OF MY MEDS FOR A PROCEDURE I'M JUST HEARING BACK FROM THEM 3 WKS LATER VERY SADDEN THIS IS A CARDIOLOGIST OFFICE YOU WOULD THINK THAT THEY WOULD TRY TO RETURN PATIENTS CALL SOONER THAN LATER

What a great Dr and staff! Dr Ghitis was beyond expectations. He really took the time with no rush. He explained with details every concern I had. He was perfect! What a great choice and what an incredible experience. I was overwhelmed and to be honest I never had that feeling in a Dr’s office. Every person in the office was doing an impecable and stoning job. Great attitude! Smiling and very friendly. I felt very welcomed. I was so impressed! I am so happy to found him!

Doctor Ghitis is good but I literally waited more than 2 hours and still havnt seen a doctor. Whats the point of making an appointment? I walked out and didn't reschedule. I dont recommend anybody coming here unless you don't mind waiting around for a few hours.

Best specialist I’ve seen in Florida. The staff are pleasant and are customer service oriented. Dr. Ghitis is a good listener and answers your questions without hesitation. Hooray Dr. Ghitis!

I had been a patient of Dr. Ghitis since 2016 after my angioplasty and he is a great and thorough doctor. He talks and listens to his patient and ask question and answer question as well. The problem to improve is for the waiting during appointments. This last appt. was for a long over an hour wait. Most patient try to come in early so the waiting is not too long but still have to wait long to be called in. I wish they can improve that part as patients get impatient about the wait. I wish they stick to the appointment time they give to the patient. Thanks.
