I absolutely love Dr. Augustin. His bedside manner is wonderful and calming. He always took the time to address our concerns and answer any questions. His staff recently changed and they were making too many mistakes including writing a script for another patient and giving it to me for my mother. We wasted time going to get tests and realizing it was wrong and had to go back to get a new script, no apologies at all from staff, and then go back to imaging center. Thankfully it was for an image and not medication. We would call and confirm only to show up and realize they gave us wrong info. It's very frustrating. I do miss the Dr. and would love to return once the staff improves.

The clinic takes require cash because their card machine works periodically. My card was accepted for my son and not for me. Ten minutes before I used the card at a store and an hour after I left the clinic. This is the only place my card doesn't work. I personally won't come back. I took a day off and have been planning to take this doctors appointment for months. This was my first and going to be my last visit here! If you are coming here make sure you have cash!

Dr. Augustin took the time to patiently explain things to me as a layperson. He didn’t treat me as a number or rush my visit to move on. He is respectful and caring. In the end he asked me if I had questions. His recommendations were right on.

I recently had to go to emergency room at Raulerson Hospital in Okeechobee Florida. I had read some reviews about the hospital in general, many of them didn't leave me feeling confident about their services and staff. And I did tell the check in nurse I could not take Percocet or Vicodin. So I was surprised that an order for Percocet was given for my pain. It had not been recorded properly. The place was extremely busy, but when I was being discharged, the nurse gave me a different prescription. I get out to the car and am looking over my paper work and the prescription had another person's name on it. The only reason the review has 4 stars is because of Dr. Augustine. He was very kind and thoughtful. I believe he was capable of treating me. I would hope that if I ever had to go there again, that he be the attending physician .

This was my first visit to Dr. Augustin's office, and my encounter with him was positive. I am a patient with many ailments that needs to be heard and treated with respect. Dr. Augustini met my expectations with professionalism, intelligence and cordiality. .

He was eazy to talk to. Very courtesy and answered every question I had and made me fell at ease. We need more doctors like him.

The ER was quite busy but it was worth the wait. Dr Augustin was very helpful and took his time listening to what brought me into the ER. He explained what test he was going to run and what he would be checking for. His bedside manners were excellent and overall I give the entire experience an A+. I truly felt that he really was there to help me, which I can't say for many doctors I encounter now a days.
