I experienced good service initially, but I had a negative encounter with the office manager at the Plantation location. I spoke with him about scheduling my crown follow up and asked for flexibility on paying the ins amount owed $447.90. While he suggested a $300 down payment, I explained that I could only afford to pay half now and the rest at my follow-up appointment. I genuinely like the office and wanted to work something out, assuring him I would pay in good faith. (All I was asking is to split the payment in half) However, I felt dismissed when he quickly sent my records, which made me feel like he doubted my intent to pay. This reaction was unsettling and could have been handled better. He never once stated anything regarding asking the doctor to find out if this was something that could be done instead of turning me away so fast. Really disappointed.

Me sentí en casa, ir al odontólogo no es algo que tú desees visitar máximo cuando se han tenido traumas en las visitas en tu niñez. Fue fabuloso dar con la doctora Matute, tiene una mano como invisible, literal no sentí dolor, ya se donde vendrán mis hijos mi esposa y yo de ahora en adelante. Gracias Artisa no solo por lo profesional pero por su excelente atención.

I absolutely will recommend this dental office i am afraid if dentist 😬 but I completed my procedure and my dentist and her staff stood right by my side and walk me through the entire procedure I think I found me a new dentist thank you so much 💓
