Ashok K Sharma's Online Review Report Card

My relative has been seeing Dr. Sharma for 4 years. She’s been hospitalized twice in the last 3 weeks and both times the ER physicians have said she needs to see her cardiologist upon discharge. He will not see us. We showed up at his office to try to get an answer as her health has been in flux and he has told us to go back to the ER. If we were not here to advocate for our relative, i fear she would not be with us. His complete disregard for his patients and his staff’s inability to complete simple tasks is unbelievable to deliver proper care is stunning. We’re immediate looking for another cardiologist as we are not confident in his abilities to care for our loved one. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very compassionate and straightforward. Dr. Sharma takes his time and doesn’t rush the appointment. You get a throughly accurate assessment.

To busy for seeing patients Cancel your apointment that you been waiting for a month to see him and then rescheduled you for an another month away you could die before seeing him

Dr Sharma is very competent and conservative in his treatment. The problem is appointments . Appointments are ALWAYS late. Why make appointments if they’re not honored. The office staff is lovely and friendly but to have appointments not honored timely is unfair and discourteous. If I didn’t like and trust Dr Sharma I would probably seek out another cardiologist however having a conscientious doctor is more important than untimely appointments so I’m sticking with Dr Sharma

I wish to leave my very positive review for Dr. Sharma. For the first time I consulted that kind of speciality in my life and I left the clinic with very good feelings. Dr. Sharma first listened to me and second I listened to him. Yes he has a sense of humor depending if you make him laugh as I did. I should be back for follow up treatment. I highly recommend him to my best friends.

Dr Sharma bed side manner was excellent and he spends time to explain in details . He's a very straight foward doctor unlike some doctors just in the business for money . He care about his patient , it was my first visit and very pleased. His staff is very warm and very professionally especially Patricia . Hats of to the team .

Dr Sharma is sincere and straight to the point in his diagnosis.

Doctor Sharma does not always have the best sense of humor, but you can trust you are in very good hands. His office staff is friendly & helpful. The main down side is there can be long waiting times, loses a star for that one. But he is professional and the office is clean & up to date.

Very poor do not recommend

very unprofessional office and this dr is the worse ive ever been to, if you value your health and life don't go to him, I found a real caring cardiologist at margate heart northwest hospital on 441 , the best bed side manner and most loving caring staff ever, not only fixed my medication and altered dosages which dr sharma failed to see but also addressed my high blood pressure issues that moment and did extensive tests and I got results right away , no wonder so many bad reviews on this dr.
