Hoy un doctor el urgent care del Baptist en Bickell se negó después de una radiografía donde no encontró metal o cristal a sacarme una astilla de madera en la planta del pies xq el Xray no la identificó me recomendó ir al ER del hospital para un MIR y que me atendiera un especialista. En que mundo vivimos? Me avergüenza presentarme a un hospital por una espina y pagar con mi seguro el costo de una emergencia un MIR y un especialista además creo q en el hospital no lo apreciarían dado a las verdaderas emergencias que existen en estos tiempos.Las espinas de Cristo no nos han enseñado nada . El doctor y yo nacimos y vivimos por años en países del 3rd mundo el Haitiano yo cubana …conclusión un médico no me saco la espina de la planta del pies x falta de un MIR me vendaron me recetó antibiotics y me envió a al hospital. Mañana iré a hacerme un pedicure . Estoy sin palabras.

Our son went there because a small rubber pebble got stuck in his ear canal. The nurse and Dr looked in the ear and it appeared the pebble was gone by itself. We were billed $1058 for this. Completely outrageous to pay such amount for just looking at an ear...

Because I’ve been getting treatment for cancer since March enemy right now I made it in hospital for back pain and a fractured rib I’m all along a single mom with three kids were coming here makes me feel like I’m home they treat me like family

So my mother who’s 81 years old fractured her wrist after taking a fall. The doctor recommended Emergency Care at West Miami Dade. She arrived around 10am. After xrays confirmed the break she’s been waiting for 3 hours for someone to set the break. No one checks on her no one is allowed to go with her because of the recent COVID uptick and she hasn’t eaten a thing since 830am. So I go over there to tell these people about it and all they’re concerned with is that I’m not a patient and I need to leave. So I call the center’s phone number 786.585.3400 and I get hung up on at least 8 times. You can’t speak with anyone. I understand they’re dealing with COVID but honestly they have no idea of her real condition. Last time someone checked on her was over an hour ago. That center is a total FUBAR mess. At least I can contact her with her cell unless they decide that communication hinders the healing process. Smh. The center wasn’t that busy and they were too worried about non essential personnel rather than taking care of patients.

I was admitted because I have irregular heartbeat The next day I was taken to a floor that had a sign NUCLEAR MEDICInE I was injected and was told about the procedure After that I was injected again The doctor was running late so the woman attendant call to see why the doctor hadn’t come they assured her he was on the way he appeared and sat down and started typing on the computer and said he had to go and told the women attendant to call the emergency room and see if they could do the procedure apparently they said yes they sent me to emergency and never did the procedure and sent me home

Sending a want ad text at 156am and waking a person up is inappropriate. Why would you do that? Very inconsiderate of your HR or marketing departments.

Second time my appointment is cancel at the time I am already there and with the appointment already paid

No I do not recommend this hospital They are intubating and killing people left and right. They did this to my dad and when I begged his nurse to turn on his phone to speak with him before his intubation she said my dad had said no to it and she lied. She stole from my sisters and I the chance to say good bye to our dad If you see this and want to know the name of the nurse Send me a private message. If your loved one is in this hospital for Covid take them out of here before they kill them. If they have Medicare take them out immediately This is just money for them they do not want to save their lives Medicare pays an extra 20% more for their patients care and when they kill your loved one the say they died of COVID19pneumonia so the government can give them more relief funds.
