Everything went well, as usual. Thanks for taking such good care of me.
I had such a positive experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. They were thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find a place that combines top-notch care with such genuine kindness.
Friendly staff, amazing quick service. The wait is never too long, and the service is immaculate! They do a great job at keeping my smile perfect! Thank you beautiful smiles!!
I had a great experience at Beautiful Smiles Pediatrics in Plantation. The office is clean, bright, and very welcoming! You can tell a lot of care goes into making the space feel comfortable and professional. The front desk staff was friendly and organized, and checking in was quick and easy.

The service here is horrible I Don’t recommended coming here ever
Please bring back Ms. Jeanette, Devine, and Rodrigo. The new staff members are rude, dismissive, and very unprofessional. The office ran so much more smoothly when the individuals mentioned above were in charge. After over eight years as a patient, I’ve unfortunately had to part ways because the welcoming atmosphere that once defined this office is now gone. I confirmed my appointment two days in advance, only to receive a text the day before stating, "We don’t accept your insurance — pay [XXX amount] or cancel." Money is not an issue because if I like your service I don’t mind paying regardless of price. But the text message was incredibly dismissive and disrespectful, especially to someone who has been a loyal patient for so long. Dr. Baker, please restore the charm and hospitality that this office used to have.
Yesterday I had to officially part ways with beautiful smiles. Not every visit was unpleasant but the latest seemed to be getting worst and worst. Yesterday became the final straw for me. I walked in no one was at the desk I sat down and waited. The hygienist walks out greets me while at the desk and acknowledges me and lets me know she’ll bring me back soon. She’s looking at the computer then the secretary walks up and says my name and then states that I have a copay. Being that I paid my last visit and the amount sounded different I asked what did I pay last visit, the secretary stated that she didn’t know, so then I ask her am I not getting the same thing I got don’t last visit? She then says oh well you don’t have to do fluoride and irrigation those are things we recommend, I reply to take them off. Then she tells me I could go back so I follow the hygienist and this point I feel like I’m being played with. So I tell the hygienists about my grievances with that initial encounter and that I don’t like when people add things on without letting me see my options it’s deceitful. She apologizes many times I even ask if she could put a note on my account to let them know not to play those games with me. She then proceeds to tell me that when they recommend things if I continue to refuse then they will no longer be able to treat me, appalled and flabbergasted by her lack of professionalism I asked to immediately speak with the manager. Like why would you say that to me? My teeth are not in bad shape and was that response necessary considering what I just went through? The manager Sarah walks in explained to me that only the dentist could make that call she apologized and offered a different hygienist but by this time damaged had already been done I was no longer comfortable here and decided to take my business elsewhere elsewhere where I’m valued, respected and treated with care. I had a great relationship with the previous hygienist who is no longer there rarely did I refuse anything she recommended so that was not my mo. I honestly feel like the hygienist added those things on the made the secretary disguise it as a copay very dishonest.
Thorough consultation! Nice staff.
I originally chose Beautiful Smiles Plantation to start my Invisalign journey because they seemed friendly, professional, and offered what felt like a great deal at the time. But looking back, I now realize I was rushed into making a decision I didn’t feel fully informed about. They emphasized that it was a limited-time offer, and I felt pressured to start the process without having all my questions thoroughly answered. Throughout the treatment, communication was inconsistent and frustrating. There were multiple times when my appointments were canceled—three in a row at one point—and always at the last minute, which made planning incredibly difficult and made me question their reliability. The most disappointing part came at the end. From the beginning, one of the main reasons I agreed to Invisalign was to fix a specific alignment issue. I was reassured this would be addressed—but when I came in to finish the process, I was told I should just "be satisfied with how it looks now." It felt dismissive, and none of my concerns were genuinely addressed. I don’t take writing reviews like this lightly. I had high hopes, but unfortunately, I can’t recommend this practice based on my experience. I hope others are able to get the treatment and communication they deserve.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
