This was the best dental experience I ever have from the time I came and left I got my tooth pulled didn’t feel a thang the staff was very concerning they made me feel like home I love this dental office and will recommend it to anyone looking for a dental home the young ladies up front is amazing wonderful customer service they treated me with care I love everything about this dental office if I could I would give it 10 stars ⭐️ 🥰
This place is a disaster! Literally so unsanitary so outdated I wonder if the state knows how this place operates, charging minors fees out of pocket with insurance saying insurance doesn’t cover numbing medication on a 9 year old Medicade child seen plenty of kids who most certainly doesn’t look if age I’ll be reaching out to someone about this place everything looks illegal
Facility was very old and didn’t look very clean on the surface level. The staff was not welcoming at all, the young lady doing my exam was pretty much completely silent my whole visit. The only conversations I heard were about the staff taking mouth wash in their spend the night bags and talking about other patients insurance info to where the whole office could hear. Once completed X-rays waited nearly 40 minutes for the doctor to conduct a 30 second exam of my teeth. In 30 seconds she was able to determine I’d need to buy some sort of mouth guard.. of course. Was scheduled for a cleaning as well but didn’t have another hour and a half to wait. Would not recommend due to speed, lack of professionalism, and cleanliness of the facility. Also if you have Aetna, whatever doctor you’re seeing on your provider portal likely isn’t going to be there.
Sherlyne took care of me today and she took the time to explain everything to me where I can understand her very sweet girl she also had a lot of patience.
DO NOT GO HERE — UNPROFESSIONAL & DISHONEST - They need to be investigated This is by far the most unprofessional dental office I’ve ever encountered. They are known for scamming patients, and unfortunately, I experienced it firsthand. They will blatantly lie to your face — even when you’re absolutely certain about your coverage or treatment options. Expect them to push you to pay out of pocket for things your insurance does cover and to tell you services are “unavailable” when they clearly are. But it gets worse. The behavior here is wildly inappropriate. Staff — including nurses — will flirt with patients, make uncomfortable comments, and even ask completely unrelated and offensive questions, including personal and political topics like the Israel-Palestine war. It’s bizarre, uncomfortable, and completely out of line for a professional healthcare setting. I truly cannot stress this enough: stay away from this place. If you care about your time, money, health, or even basic respect — go anywhere else.
Trying to get paper work filled out with information that has been approved by the Dr. and the staff gives problems as to filling out. Today i got cursed out by a female covered in tats and foul odor because I asked a question about my wife's things, I would not recommend this dental office because certain staffs and how customers get treated, also the wait time is ridiculous you wait more than 30 minutes to get called no matter what time your appointment is at.
I took my 11 year old son here for a gingivectomy. After waiting 30+ minutes past our appointment time, we were finally seen. I was told they would contact the insurance company and follow up within a week. Two weeks went by with no response. When I called, I was told nothing had been submitted to the insurance. They assured me it would be sent, but when I followed up again a few days later, I was told the same thing. It was noted as sent, but there was nothing in his file. Very dissatisfied with the lack of communication and professionalism.
Worst place EVER!! 😪 I should have read the reviews before subjecting my daughter to this place. Now let me say this: there were a few good folk sprinkled in there. A hygienist or dental assistant who was gentle and kind and a few front desk associates were pleasant. THAT'S IT‼️ Other than that, this place is very unorganized, unprofessional, long wait times, and possibly doing fraudulent billing codes to get paid faster or twice. For the SAME EXACT treatment, with the very same insurance at my NEW, wonderful dental office, I had no out of pocket or co-payment. When I asked for the explanation of benefits (EOB), I was met with attitude and unprofessionalism. There had to be a different code used than the one sent to the insurance company. In order to get me to pay before services (an extraction) are rendered, that's not even the kicker. The actual pediatric dentist was SO RUDE, IMPATIENT, AND Down right NASTY with my terrified 6 yr old that I was in shock. He made her have nightmares. Stuck her multiple times with the needle without numbing the gum first. Threatening her to stay still or she'll have to go to the hospital. Just awful ‼️She was already afraid of this, her first dental experience, but now he made her TERRIFIED. He never explained the services or treatment plan first to make sure I understood what was to take place, then when I brought that to his attention, he caught an attitide and practically said that I was lying. Can you believe it? Arguing with your client. I believe he then took it out on my daughter ‼️ PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, I BEG YOU-- DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! PLEASE ‼️I so wish that I would have read Google reviews before going. It was suggested by my insurance, but they too need to be aware not to send any child here. That was my first and last experience with that dentist. I changed offices and I'm reporting this office to the insurance company. Hopefully, they won't assign this place as anyones primary dental office and perhaps investigate their billing practices. If they treat kids like that, its safe to say NO adult should trust them either. To the handfull of good staff that's here, please find a better office so that you do not go down with this sinking ship! I tried to post in Google first before yelp, but apparently, it's unable to receive new reviews......hmmm 🤔 I wonder why. Maybe they don't want the 2.1 to get even lower. It should be a negative one hundred (-100.00)..... RUNNNN 🏃🏽♀️ UPDATE: I found a way to post it here‼️

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
