Dr Zaret is a knowledgable and personable physician. Kind and caring Would highly recommend himi
Customer service is awful. Do not recommend.
This office is extremely unprofessional. I confirmed my appt Friday at 3pm for Monday afternoon. I called Saturday to cancel but they are closed weekends. Called Monday 9am and canceled. A few weeks later I get a no call no show invoice of $50. Apparently since I did not leave a voicemail stating I wanted to cancel when I called Saturday I was charged $50. I asked when do they check their voicemails and the office confirmed Monday am. I explained that whether I left a voicemail or not made no difference if I canceled my appt Monday am. Their response was "it is what it is". I paid the $50 but I disagree with their policy. Also, my EMG test was going to cost me around $650 and I ended up going somewhere else and only paid $50. Do your research before going here or better yet STAY AWAY!!
Cannot say enough great things about Dr. Zaret. Had been having horrible leg pain for months and was sent to Dr. Zaret by an orthopedic surgeon who basically gave up on attempting to diagnose and treat me. Dr. Zaret really listened to my history and gave me a thorough neurological exam. After determining my issue was not neurological, he took the time to help me clarify the real issue and get me to another orthopedic doctor who properly treated me. And he made me promise to follow up with him because he cared sincerely about my recovery! I have lived all over the country and been fortunate enough to receive the very best health care. Zaret is the real deal. Highest recommendation!
Today was my first visit and I found the front staff to be extremely pleasant and polite. Same goes for the nurse who took me back and took vitals. Dr zaret was very pleasant. Relaxed. Thorough and answered all of my questions and explained things in a way for me to understand. I’m quite happy that I no longer have the need to visit that office but if I do I’m confident I’ll be in great hands.
Dr. Zaret is the best neurologist. Dr. Zaret has been my Dr. For 30 years I trust him with my life. He's very professionam. Highly recommended. Tells you straight up what the problem is and what he recommends for treatment. Dr. Zaret is Very intelligent. Dr. Zaret is the best in his field. Very patient and very punctual. Dr Zaret makes sure you understand everything he explains to you and and answers all your questions. Dr. Zaret is Very compassionate.
He presented unshaven and unkempt...I ignored his vulgar appearance thinking he had a rough case in hospital overnight. He gave cursory attention to the 2 years of records he requested to be faxed prior to my appointment, stating he read "650 pages of my medical files." He conducted a silly exam not appropriate to my stated complaints, dismissed symptoms of concern, ordered no labs, scans or tests and gave samples of a medication that can cause my death and further disability. I did not care for his un -sanitized hands touching the TOP of my mask and filters. He was not required to be THAT close to me unmasked to see my teeth or mouth etc. Perhaps the negligent exam was intended punishment for his peer who caused harm? Zaret claimed also he never heard of a neurosurgeon who followed my care for 2+ years before he left Broward County. Yet he demanded to know why I have not seen a friend of his; this information was in my extensive file alleged to have been read. Though Zaret asserts he has been practicing in the area for 31 years....my neurosurgeon stated he avoids associating with careless treaters and warned me of any who toss prescriptions without current tests. If you value your life and staying ahead of SUDEP...do not see this Doctor. He did not answer questions either. And had zero knowledge on my rare syndromes. My insurer, Aetna ought to remove him from access forthwith.
I've been Dr. Zaret patient for 30 years he's the best highly recommended
Very condescending!! Talked down to my husband and I and was very insensitive when we found out we were expecting and I was taking medications that had fatal or very harmful interactions with pregnancy. It was a very emotional moment and shocking at that. He lacked emotions and just said “ terminate the pregnancy”
My mom has Parkinson’s and her doctor retired so she was referred to this doctor. First thing he does is increase her meds which her prior dr was monitoring closely. Second visit my mom was explaining her symptoms and referred to them as “complaints”. He offered a medication and gave her no instructions. His bed side manner is lacking. We are looking for a new doctor that will t ale time to listen, be empathetic and explain things.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
