The front office staff is unpleasant. You have to wait indefinitely when you are on time for an appointment, but they will not accommodate you if you are a few minutes late. They will easily change your appointment to fit the doctor's schedule, but don't waste your time trying to get them to fit your schedule.

I took half a day off work and wasted gas to try and make it to my appointment. Severe traffic made me 5 minutes late and they said they had to cancel my appointment. Lady in the front the proceeded to have me stand there for 15 minutes while she clicked on her computer supposedly rescheduling my appointment. I just walked out and will never be back. As others have said the staff is garbage and I'll find another ENT.

I highly recommend this office and Dr. Wright. I was treated kindly with compassion and respect. She is highly skilled and very concerned about you comfort and pain as well as a good result. I have to say that I am extremely happy that I found this office and look forward to referring all my family here and friends. You won't be disappointed in the care and treatment you receive here. If you are looking for a very bright and compassionate doctor who will listen to you and address and treat all your issues, you have stepped into the right office.

I felt heard by my provider and her staff! I had no issues making my appointment and had a short wait time to be seen. You have the ability to input all your information electronically prior to your appointment which is very helpful. The process of being referred for additional testing was made easy due to the front office staffs efficiency.

The worst! ZERO star! DO NOT RECOMMEND! They cannot send a prescription successfully to a pharmacy, giving patients the runaround, claiming that they "don't know what's going on". I'm APPALLED by their service levels, the attention that they give to their clients is just the worst of the worst. All they really care for is the money really. They'll be on top of it for your insurance money though!

Terrible office service! Their answer machine states they open at 10am on Tuesday. Been calling since 10 (it’s 10:30now). Initially went straight to after hour service, I spoke with a lady and she said she will send a msg to the office to alert them to answer their phone. I tried few mins after and this time it didn’t go to the after hours call service but rather the office however no one answers! I have called 7 more times and no one answers !! Not even an option to press to make an appointment. If their service is this bad to make an appointment, I wonder how terrible their care is. Glad I won’t be going to them. Pathetic !

Dr. Wright is the best ENT I know. She is very easy to talk to . I have a very persistent problem but Dr. Wright does not give up. She is an excellent dr.
