She is a very friendly dr. But how can you call yourself an ENT when you only do sinus issues? She does not work or treat throat or ears. SMH

The staff were very friendly and accommodating! They tried to get me in as early as possible and worked around my schedule so that my appointments were still relevant. They were also able to explain everything in terms simple for me to understand. I hope everyone has the same experience!

Dr. Wright was excellent with diagnosis and treatment of my ailments. The Staff from check in to check out were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Wright and her office for your ENT needs.

Rarely do you ever to a real diagnosis they just run unnecessary tests to collect money from patients. Each time I come she gives me antibiotics I don’t need and there’s never a follow up, only time the office calls is to say you have a balance for things that SHOULD be procedural when having a check up. Unrealistic office hours they spend more time on a lunch break than actually working. And now they don’t treat ears so is she really and ENT? I wanted to support a black doctor but she has been highly disappointing. Just does the bare minimum and robs patients

I was very impressed. Dr. Wright has wonderful bed side manner. The staff is so polite and welcoming. It's difficult to find an attentive and kind doctors office. Dr. Wright is very thorough. I highly recommend.

The front office staff is unpleasant. You have to wait indefinitely when you are on time for an appointment, but they will not accommodate you if you are a few minutes late. They will easily change your appointment to fit the doctor's schedule, but don't waste your time trying to get them to fit your schedule.

I highly recommend this office and Dr. Wright. I was treated kindly with compassion and respect. She is highly skilled and very concerned about you comfort and pain as well as a good result. I have to say that I am extremely happy that I found this office and look forward to referring all my family here and friends. You won't be disappointed in the care and treatment you receive here. If you are looking for a very bright and compassionate doctor who will listen to you and address and treat all your issues, you have stepped into the right office.
