I waited over an hour for this doctor during a tele-visit appointment, and he never showed up. His staff kept insisting he would be there in five minutes, but he never arrived. This is unacceptable behavior from someone who should be respected given their medical profession.

Dr. Torre is the best ENT physician you will find. He is not only a true professional with vast knowledge in his field but a kind and caring doctor who listens and asks pertinent questions. His staff is polite and professional as well.

My husband and I are patients of Dr. Torre for years. We've been under his care since he was part of the University of Miami. As soon as we found out he was moving to his new practice, We followed him to to continue our care with him. He is not only an excellent doctor he also has excellent bedside manners.

Seeing Doctor Torre for the 2nd time I told him my symptoms and he told me I have the same symptoms last time. He barely checks my throat in one side and probably 20 m pass and when to ask him more question he open the door basically saying consultation is done. My insurance did not pay for this procedure because it requires authorization and he did not ask for one.

The Doctor himself arrived 30 mins late for my appointment. Made some valid points, which I liked it. His assistant was trying to push for a super expensive and unnecessary Sleep Study. The Flonase that he charged me $1300 for the consultation, did nothing to help. The Doctor himself barely looked inside my nose and throat.
