Dr. Lago was wonderful and has a great personality. However, his billing department makes the experience HORRIBLE! I thought a procedure we scheduled would be billed as medically necessary on my insurance, but it wasn't and I did not find out until the day before my procedure. I called the office multiple times asking to be connected to billing, but my calls are never answered and no one returns my voice messages I leave. Even after the procedure, (where I was required to pay up front), they did not return my call. This was nearly 2 months ago and I have yet to get them on the phone, but I did get another bill from them

I had a colonoscopy at the surgical outpatient center, I have a bad experience , I never saw the Soviet after the procedure , the nurses were not taking time for my to recover and in addition they refused to give me a CD, the ‘s office never called me for my results!, The worst experience I had with this physician! Don’t get fool by their advertisement!

Excellent care. Dr. Lago is wonderful and the office staff was very helpful as well.

I have had a great experience with Dr Lago. His staff were very understanding about my condition and set me up with the earliest appointment. Dr Lago treated me with prescription medication and it is almost fully healed. :)

I have been a patient for years. I cannot recommend him enough. His professionalism and care has always been above and beyond. His staff is also amazing. I have n appointments tomorrow for major issues. I trust him with my life.

Dr. Lago is awesome. What could have been a really uncomfortable / embarrassing exam was a very pleasant experience. I’m grateful for the time he took to explain things. Super doctor. Also, the rest of the staff was great (really fun ladies at the front. Made my day.)

I don't know why he has bad reviews. He was nice, we did surgery for a fissure and a sphincterotomy and I was in awful pain after but he made sure I had medication for it during that time.
