Same thing happened to me. She lost important records and tests I did. I had no time to go back and redo. Avoid this doctor at all cost. She is not trustworthy and her staff is a disgrace.

My visit here is always a pleasure. The staff is very welcoming and the wait time is minimal. I recall a time when I rescheduled my appointment a few times and on my last time Nikki Niquea Eason expressed so much concern that I moved my schedule around to make the appointment. I appreciate the care and concern that she had for me and Brittany was awesome as well. I just have to add a huge thanks to the entire staff... you guys are the best

I have been a patient of Dr. Katanick for several years and I am extremely satisfied and confident in her ability to address all of my medical needs. I am always treated with respect by the staff and never have to wait for an emergency appointment. Dr. Katanick spends as much time as necessary during my appointments. She is genuinely concerned about my health issues.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Katanick for years. Until 2018 I was very satisfied. They transitioned from paper to electronic lost ALL of my records . I discovered that this year 2018 when I went for my annual physical. Now I cant get a return call regarding simple test results cholesterol glucose etc. Left 3 messages with the medical assistant as well as an email. Sadly I am going to change Doctors. The problem seems to be with the system not the Dr but it starts at the top. Im done.
