List of Craig A. Peller's Reviews
The wait was typical (longer than you would want but shorter than some others). The Dr was attentive and asked many many questions. He was thorough in his explanations of how the procedure would go. I feel comfortable getting my endoscopy done by him and his team.

“For a doctor to refuse to see me because I didn’t cancel my appointment with another doctor….” Read on for the full story. I have been having very bad stomach issues and really needed to see a doctor. First time visits are hard to come by and the wait is long. I made an appointment with 2 GI’s in the HCA network. I did not know this originally but asked them both to call me if there was a cancellation. The manager of Pellers office told me the two doctors I made an appointment with were in the same network so I’d have to choose one. Not sure why that matters but I explained things were getting worse for me and had 2 appointments because whoever had a cancellation first might be able to get to me sooner. The office manager didn’t tell me that would cause an issue. The next week I get a call from Susie and she leaves a message saying the doctor wants the office to cancel my appointment bc I have appointments with two people in the same network. I telll her the office manager said that’s ok. Susie transfers me to office manager. Not sure what the office managers name was but she proceeds to argue with me that she told me to cancel the appointment, after telling me it was fine to keep them both. I did not argue with her I asked if I could just make another appointment then. I still need to see the doctor. She said Dr. Peller is “refusing to see me.” It’s out of their hands, it’s up to the doctor and will that be all? Is it really so crazy that I could be in enough discomfort I tried to keep two appointments in case of cancellation? Is Dr. Peller really so cruel he would cancel my appointment after hearing the explanation from his staff? Or does the staff not care enough to convey my message? Idk I don’t work there but as someone who genuinely needs help, for a doctor to refuse to see me because I didn’t cancel my appointment with another doctor (something I didn’t know I had to do) seems petty. Not sure what oath he took but he didn’t take it very seriously.
Keeping me informed
Communicating in all aspects
The staff is courteous, patient, caring and very pleasant. A rarity in these times. Plus above all else, Dr Peller is AWESOME. He cares about my entire health... He is patient, kind, have a sense of humour and very thorough in his care. I always leave feeling valued and happy. Always a pleasant experience.
You are one of the best Dr Office in town Keep up the good job 👏
Very helpful and friendly
Courteous and friendly staff.
Highly recommend. I went to see Doc Pellar a few days ago and I am very happy with the experience. The consultation a few weeks ago was very informative. Doc has a great bedside manner and way of conveying confidence that I was in good hands. The op was easy and the recovery very good....better than expected. My only gripe is the waiting room at surgery was Arctic. Why is the AC set to 64? Thanks Doc

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
