Loved the service from all staff! I felt very listened to and thoroughly examined. All of my issues were addressed and couldn’t be happier!

Cares more about $ that her patients. Office staff is uncaring and incompetent. I was called less than 2 hours before my appointment to inform me that I needed to add Dr Knowles to my Florida Blue. I did online but it didn't show right away so I called FL Blue and they confirmed the change and gave me a ref# for the Dr to verify. Called the Dr and they still did not show it changed and said that the ref# was useless and they could do nothing. Less than 30 minutes before my appointment and all that they offered was for me to pay out of pocket or reschedule (I had to wait a month for this appointment). Despite the fact that they KNEW that I had insurance they would not just see me and deal with insurance later. They even went so far as to claim that I was previously told to add Dr Knowles to my insurance which was a lie. If the office staff is anything like Dr Knowles I believe that I dodged a bullet.

I went to Dr Knowles this morning for the first time. I really didn't know what to expect. Her and her staff were amazing. She was great. Her questions and recommendations were spot on. Great job!

Extremely frustrated with my experience after just coming out surgery and needing to speak with doctor knowles. They scheduled me for 3pm on May 17th and never mentioned they had squeeze me in or double book. After waiting almost 45 minutes I was told my appointment was technically a squeeze in and they had to take all the people that had got there wayyyy after me even though I was sitting and waiting first. Again i am 2 weeks post op and sitting in pain and was not told I was a squeeze In when my 3pm appointment was made.. im so tired of the medical industry and the employees being unsympathetic and unapologetic. I really liked the doctor but I guess I will have to look for a new one.

I been with Dr. Michel/ Knowles for over 13 years and recommended several to her with All good rating. She was always on point and cared deeply considering about my health. My first visit recovering from cancer She took every effort that I will be fine and see at the time my seven years grow who is in college and still going strong she’s been on top of things plus sees my daughter. Highly recommendable

Now reading these previous experiences, they are to close to my experience so far and already looking for a good primary care physician with an expertise with chronic illness due to this issue.

Rude front office staff. The doctor is not any better either.

Dr. Knowles is an amazing physician , very warm welcoming and kind caring person . I've heard many great things and I have referred many people to come to her office . The staff is great and they try there best to get referrals done in a timely matter . I am glad I found her to be my new primary : ) ! Highly recommended

Dr. Knowles, staff and all, is nothing short of fantastic. I moved here from California, and never have I met a doctor as thorough as she. I am so pleased to meet her!
