List of Daniel Ead's Reviews
From the staff to Dr. Ead I had an amazing experience. Everyone was very friendly. Dr. Ead took his time with me & was very informative. From the time I got there to when I was called in the room I did have a little wait as to be expected at a doctors office. His nurses are awesome & made the experience even better. Definitely worth the wait! I would recommend his office to my family & friends.
I met Dr. Ead as a desperate patient suffering from a difficult ureter stone. With zero hesitation, he welcomed me into his office, subsequently resulting in arranging for surgery. His proficient skills rendered me pain-free, sustaining no complications and restoring my healthy life. Combined with the Ead Urology compassionate staff (who handled my red tape with precision), it was a seamless experience with this charming hero doctor.
My PSA was through the roof. Even though most Urologists will not do a biopsy on anyone over 80, Dr Ead said that if Humana would approve it that he would do it. It was approved. The biopsy showed that I had deadly cells in 1/4 of the prostate, another 2 quarters were not good. I probably had 2-3 yrs to live. He recommended a Oncologist and after 45 radiation treatments my cancer was gone and my PSA was 0.14. Would I recommend Doctor Ead? YOU BET YOUR LIFE. I would give him 10 stars.
Let me just say that Dr. Ead cares. I had a kidney stone that i decided I was going to let pass naturally. However the stone backed up the urine into the kidney which in turn started an infection. Dr. Ead kept a very close eye on the blood tests while I was trying to pass the stone on my own and caught the infection very early. He did emergency surgery so that the infection did not get a chance to take hold. Needless to say I was fine the next day with no complications. I can't recommend Dr. Ead enough. His eye for detail is second to none.
I've been seeing Doctor Ead for several years now, first as a regular patient and then, when prostate cancer was detected, as a surgery patient. In both cases my experience has been more than positive, for the doctor is straightforward, caring, competent and professional. For a while, the office environment was not as stellar; however, when this was brought to the doctor's attention, things quickly changed for the better. Also, the wait time tends to be on the long side. I recommend Doctor Ead without hesitation to anyone who may need a capable, experienced and knowledgeable urologist and surgeon.
Dr. Ead is an amazing, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor !!! My sister is bedridden and mentally and physically disabled. I was very disappointed with how dismissive the urologist who saw her in the hospital and his colleague who we saw for follow up were of her . They tried to discourage me from pursuing the best treatment options for her because they saw little to no value to her life because of her disabilities. Sadly, these doctors were some of the most prominent urologists in the Florida area. My sister's primary care doctor referred her to Dr. Ead because she had gotten good feedback from her patients with disabilities that he was compassionate and treated them with dignity. Wow, that was an understatement!!!! From the moment he entered the room, Dr. Ead treated my sister with great compassion and respect. He explored all available options of treatment for her without regard to her disabilities. He was very gentle with her when she was scared and helped us to transport her from her wheelchair to the examination table and then back to her chair. I was simply blown away by Dr. Ead's compassion and humanity coupled with his great expertise !!! I would give him 10 stars !!!! Thank you, Dr. Ead , for respecting all lives!!!

Very impressed by Dr. Ead, as a Urologist he is an outstanding communicator and a caring Doctor. He explains in layman terms your condition and the treatment associated with the condition.
DR Ead office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Ead is a brillant and will correct whatever problems you have. I wholeheartdly give him 5 stars across the board.
Dr Ead has a calm demeanor in his approach to help resolve an issue. I had a very difficult problem, that in the end, was resolved successfully. I am certainly glad that he was there with his medical expertise and years of experience throughout this process.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
