In 1994, as a teenager, I underwent surgery performed by Dr. Alperstein in an attempt to correct my gynecomastia. He performed liposuction of my chest, which ultimately had little effect in correcting the problem. Upon consulting with other plastic surgeons in the years since, I have learned that the correct remedy for my condition requires a much more involved procedure than mere liposuction. And so, my parents ended up paying thousands of dollars to try to correct my problem only to be met with a doctor who implemented the wrong procedure for correcting the problem. I live with my uncorrected gynecomastia to this day, over 25 years later.

I had breast augmentation surgery in 1997 to replace old silicone implants horrible painful contra tured bruised from sternum to entire abdomen implants too big had other surgeons trying to fix had them removed years ago still dealing with scar tissue pain

Out of seven interviews I chose Dr. Alperstein. I did my homework! Dr. Alperstein did a breast augmentation for me, then for another friend, and a reconstruction after another Doc botched a third friend. He's amazing! I was a patient back in 1997. After all this time I'm still with ZERO problems. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Alperstein for his professionalism and his craftsmanship!
