Exceptional services

I can write a book about Dr. Ingram! She came to the hospital to check my baby and we have never parted for 13 years. I was a new mom and she was patient with my borderline hypochondriac behavior. This doctor here is God sent. She is a believer and confident with her talents that God has blessed her with. She is funny and makes the kids comfortable. Not only that.. She goes over EVERYTHING with you which includes drawings for the kids if they need it to understand. She also shows them pictures online of the things she is recommending and talking about. Now, as for staff.. They come and go. However, they are mostly sweet. Everybody has good and bad days, they deal with anxious parents and sick kids. Say hello, sign in AND get back to the person who's name is on the building.

This place is horrible, the location is difficult to find. On the phone they tell you one thing and when you arrive you are lost and they almost never answer the phone. The worst experience in a pediatric office, the staff is cool but more than 2 hours of waiting. It's ridiculous and they make you wait in 2 rooms. Terrible service they should have more doctors and faster. It is unbearably cold, it is too much you feel in a hospital I would not give them even 1 star Este lugar es Horrible, la localizacion es dificil de encontrar. Por telefono te dicen una cosa y cuando llegas estas perdido y casi nunca responden el telefono. La peor experiencia en una oficina pediatrica , el personal es chevere pero mas de 2 horas de espera. Es ridiculo y te hacen esperar en 2 salas. Pesimo servicio deberian tener mas doctores y mas rapidez. Hace un frio insoportable, es demaciado te sientes en un hospital No les daria ni 1 estrella

She has been working with all of my kids since birth. I love the staff & her. Last year there doctor ended up getting switched it was horrible 😡😭 I’m just getting switched back over and I’m never looking back 😉

Dr.ingram was my doctor when i was born up until i was a adult now she is my baby’s doctor and we love her

Dr. Ingram was amazing! It was our first visit and her and all the staff were so considerate and just absolutely made my toddlers experience great even with blood work and shots! I'm very happy with the teams dedication at this office and especially Dr. Deborah Ingram!!!

Dr. Ingram has been my daughter's doctor from she was born I would not trade her for all the doctors in the world. I don't know what I am going to do when my daughter age out.
