List of Dr Shahnaz Fatteh Md's Reviews
I am 73 with a compromised immune system and chronic shortness of breath. I have had a handicap placard for my car for 10 years. I brought in a renewal for the placard for the doctor to sign. She said I did have a problem, but I must go to an internist for a signature. An hour to wait to go in - an hour in with doctor and 2 hours round trip from my home. What awful treatment- elder abuse!!!
The office staff is fine, overbooked to say the least. Dr. Fatteh brags about her accreditations but doesn't follow the American Academy of Asthma, Allergy and Immunology guidelines in testing for conditions like Mast Cell Disease. When you question her on it she becomes arrogant and tells you "That's not true". She belittles other doctors and their practices in the medical field. She talks over you and speaks about you to her PARENTS as if you're not in the room. I wasted 2 years of my life being very ill, thinking she would help me. She doesn't not. In the end, she diagnosed me with something I don't have just because 'Lab Results' say so. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. I am very ill with a lifelong condition that I've needed treatment for for the past 6 years! I'm finally getting that treatment from qualified doctors in their field, none of which demean the other.
I have been very sick for 8 long years, and for a those years no Dr figured out what was wrong with me. Not even my Drs. in NYC. I met Dr Fatteh and she ordered multiple blood test immediately. Upon reading all my tests results, she diagnosed me. Trust and believe, Dr. Fatteh is my angel! I see a lot of negative comments about the wait time, the reason for that is Dr Fatteh takes her time to evaluate each patient thoroughly. Now lets talk about her team and her office staff, they were very professional and friendly towards me ALWAYS. Their the reason for this review, I want to thank each one of the office staff. Thank you Wiz, Shameeka, Genesis, Jocelyn ,Bola, and Jr you guys are AWESOME. Special thanks to the nurse practitioner Moreno for spending time explaining every blood work results. I have never met anyone like you, you are also my angel. With all that being said the wait time is worth your life being saved.....
Dr Fatteh and her staff are my angels. I’m so happy to have found them.
Amazing! I was in the ER at Memorial West with my Hereditary Alpha Triptesemia episode of anaphylaxis and she came in on a Sunday during Super Bowl! She specializes in this genetic disorder and took the time to go over my history and advised the ER doc how to start treating me before she could get there. She took my number and her staff called me the next day to set my appointment. She wanted me in to see her within 48 hrs! Her professionalism and knowledge was above par! I feel comfortable knowing she will be working with my hematologist to get this genetic disorder under control. You will definitely want to call her for appointments. Thanks you so much Dr Fatteh for everything!
Good afternoon, I would like to leave my complaint about the service provided by Dr. Fatteh's office, where I myself try to call several times to be assisted, every month I have to call because the team working in the doctor's office cannot send the document to pharmacy requesting the release of the medicine. A total disregard for us patients, the office staff never answer or return calls. I've been to the emergency several times because I didn't have the remedy, all because of the negligence of Dr. It seems that patients are nothing to them, but you have to remember that whoever pays their salary we are, we wanted to see if no one else went to the office how this team would manage without receiving the money.
I'm disappointed. I found Dr. Fatteh herself to be a good doctor and a nice person. She is certainly overbooked with little time to spend with patients and you definitely feel rushed. I've had to wait over 2 hours to see her WITH an appointment. This, however, is not why I'm giving 1 star. Over the course of the pandemic, I have sent emails and left voice messages, none of which were returned. My daughter requires an EpiPen which was on the brink of expiration (we still had two months). I was under the impression that she had one refill left (that's on me). In this 2 months, however, the pharmacy called numerous times, I called numerous times, and NO ONE returned my call or the pharmacy's calls. I FINALLY called and got someone on the phone a little before Thanksgiving. Then I was told that she could not have a refill (ON AN EPIPEN) because she had not been seen in a year (8 months of that having been in a pandemic and I never received any notification that we were due for a check-up) I would need to make an appointment, but would need a new referral due to my insurance. This is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving... Fast forward, what... 4 days? My daughter's last couple of EpiPens expire today and this could have all been avoided (or at least taken care of TWO MONTHS AGO). I also find it ridiculous that you'd let a child go through a nut-filled holiday without an EpiPen (obviously I protect my child, but it just seems cruel and irresponsible).
Great customer service. The doctors and the MA Christine are great and always make me feel comfortable and explained all my concerns of the allergy shots that I would be getting and spoke to me about my labs.I’m so happy with my medical appointments I had here it was worth the drive. 😊
I'm giving 1 star because there is no way to give less. This is the worst medical office ever. The staff doesn't care the patient. they never return your call. Don't waste your time going to this office. Dr. Fatteh is not the only one in the south Florida. There are others doctor and for sure, others better than her and her staff.
This has been one of my best expirence at a doctors office. My medical assistant Christine made me feel extremely comfortable and she answered all my questions. I been living a poor quality of life allergy’s and asthma and I’m leaving there office today for the first time feeling relieved ever. Thank you Dr. Fattah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
