Dr Schertzer is wonderful but the wait time is very long. He does take his time with you. Maybe the appts should be every 30 mins.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Schertzer for perhaps two decades. He is a warm, great tempered doctor who actually listens to your problems and complaints as an individual, not an assembly line. He also employs a professional staff of physician assistants and nurse practitioners. The office does not keep you waiting. Appointments are prompt. I've never heard a single time complaint. There is also the option of telemetry. I'm a big fan of that because I don't need to be unnecessarily subjected to colds and fly if my symptoms don't warrant an in office visit. If you need to be seen after a telemetry appt, an appointment is made promptly. I can't t say enough positive things about Dr. Schertzer and his staff. The staff is employed long term, too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Schertzer!!

As always everything was well scheduled with normal waiting time and positive attitude with all staff members. My exam with the Dr was very helpful as to what my blood work revealed he spent a considerable amount of time explaining the results Dr Swertzer is a very caring and sincere individual . Have always recommended his office to family members and associates
