The doctor is always timely and thorough. Always answers your questions, and explains everything that you you need to know

They don't know how to care for their own patients. They lie. They refuse to see people if they even think you have Covid despite the fact that you tell them you don't. They don't refill prescriptions on time. They're awful. Can't even call to get a sample of medicine that the doctor already approved. The office is run by idiots.

Have been a patient for 20 years or more. Dr. Schertzer is caring, a great listener, and smart-as-a-whip. The perfect family doctor who saved my son’s life and humbly considers it all part of his role as a physician. The best!

Dr Shertzer has been my doctor for almost 30 years. Is able to help me in any situation I have had. Will never use another Physician. I am now 69 and still make a 2 hour drive to see Dr Shertzer. He is worth his weight in gold and knows his specialty inside and out.
