Friedman Dental Group's Online Review Report Card

I decided on using This Dentist because I didn't want to go to a national chain, I wanted to go to a local individual dentist. I had horrible teeth, rotting and causing pain and disease so I opted to getting full dental implants, upper and lower. Surgery went well,and after 2 years my upper prosthesis broke. I was told because I hadn't gone for my annual 2 cleaning visits that all warranty was voided and to my SHOCK they wanted to charge me $10,000 for a new one.After negotiation they brought it down to 5000. I had no choice , it was either go with no upper teeth or pay the money, so I paid them. Now I'm up to $45,000 total for my teeth. Now its 4 years later, and 3 years of driving from Ocala to WPB because I moved from Broward county but didnt want to loose my warranty ,i traveled to the WPB office for 2 visits a year and paying for cleaning and inspections,, and even xrays of both prosthesis, the bottom one breaks. Thinking that I've done everything required of me for the warranty , they tell me that it's going to cost me $15,000 for a new one, I freaked out , they then came back with a $10,000 price for the new teeth.. I've found a new Dentist that will do it for less than that and give me a 5 year warranty with no stipulations, using the same materials Zirconia, and even a titanium underneath support system. DO NOT USE ONE SOLUTION DENTAL GROUP, they care nothing for you but for your money only. I would've left no stars but I wouldn't be able to tell my story without putting 1 star up. BUYER BEWARE.. DON'T BE ANOTHER VICTIM OF THIS COMPANY

Karley was so incredibly helpful! Within one day of calling to arrange an appointment for my son who needed documents and x-rays for his upcoming entrance to the military academy, Karley was able to confirm an appointment and have everything ready to go once we arrived! The staff is very friendly and down to earth! My son had a great experience as well with his cleaning, exam and x-rays!

I had a surgery in 2018 that was painful for 4 years until the procedure was finally redone this past March 2022. The office cancelled several of my appointments last minute and even upon my arrival refused to honor appointments that were confirmed and scheduled. Most recently after I had my surgical procedure redone in March I had temporaries that are supposed to heal for 3 months before they are replaced with permanents. After waiting 4 months for my appt that was scheduled for July 13 they called me today, the day before my scheduled appointment to cancel and moved it out to August 3 which will be over 2 months after I’m supposed to get my permanent implants in. Has anyone else had this happen to them at this office? Does this sound normal to anyone else?

My wife and have been patients with the previous management and DR Cogan ( 4 years). Experienced the upmost high end and personable service. Location address: 1717 N Bayshore Dr #235, Miami, FL On my last visit the front desk at first insisted and led me to believe that x-rays once a year are mandatory and not a choice which is incorrect. Secondly insisted to charge a full comprehensive examination price which was not request nor required and doubled the price since last year. When request a partial limited examination which normally is half the price only reduced $10. to conclude no clear examination prices and fear sales tactics. Unfortunately the new management have lost their personal touch, increased, doubled prices . Honestly felt like service at bad auto service shop when you have no idea what they will charge you.

Dr. Friedman is like my uncle, so maybe thats why i liked him so much. Quick and easy crown and less than 2 hours of recovery. Feeling lucky to have such a reliable dentist within 15 min drive. Never no if something else like this pops up and I would go straight there!

If you have to deal with Christine the coordinator, and she doesn’t like you she will make your life miserable. Please don’t waste your time.! This company promises they are so advanced but then when it comes to actually doing the work. They can’t!.

Off the hookah yo yo this shout out is to all the players out there, you older cats need to get these here new teefuss at really affordable prices and get back in in the players game, come visit Dr.Friedman and Dr Gold brother and get back in the player's club n bust a move your never to old to kick some tail. On the serious tip Invest in yourself your worth the investment and secondly we're all in this together and this team of experts take great pride in changing lives I also believe that changing lives is OneSolution's end game it shows in there personnel .

Friedman Dental/OneSolution Is the best thing that’s ever happened to me other than my wife! They are the most outstanding friendly and professional bunch of people you could ask for when dealing with some thing that is so personal. From the moment I got my consultation I knew I had made the right choice in choosing One Solution for my new smile. Everyone is very friendly and make you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk through the door. Having a problem with your teeth is embarrassing and not something that’s easy to talk about. There has not been one moment that I have felt anything other than completely comfortable on my journey towards my new smile. I would like to express how happy I am in coming to Friedman Dental, I have been wearing dentures for many years and it was the worst experience ever, I would take out my denture as soon as I got home and would not put them back in until I was going to leave the house again. One day I saw an Internet advertisement for One solutions Dental Implant Centers,teeth in one day. I decided to go in with my Son to get some understanding and to see if I was a candidate for this procedure. This was a wonderful experience from that first day with all the Doctors and the staff, they were kind and treated me with the upmost professionalism that I feel should be done. I decided with my Son to have the procedure done, I can only say this was the best decision I have made in many many years, the Doctors and staff was the best the procedure was perfect and I looked like a new person.
