Dr Lanes is an excellent specialist, however the staff , starting from the manager (Lourdes) are very rude and careless about patients. My BAD experience started when a colonoscopy was scheduled, sending me to the wrong place and had to rush to the right place to be on time, now that I need to see Dr Lanes again and since my work schedule is very strict and was able on Fridays only, they rather let the patient go instead of give some additional options.
