I have been a patient of Dr llames for years, had 2 colonoscopy and a endoscopy and the service was great. I recommend him to any one needing an gastroenterologist.

Dr. Lanes was on time and very professional. He spent time with me before and after the procedure to make sure that I understood and felt comfortable with what he was gong to do. Staff was very nice and professional. I have referred him to all of my friends and family.

No recomiendo este Doctor, empezando que ya la mayoría de Doctores están atendiendo presencial el se quedó en virtual, llamo a pedir cita con este doctor y me dicen que solo virtual para el día junio 10/22, nunca llamaron para confirmar cita, llamo yo para preguntar de mi cita me dicen que no tienen el referido que no me atienden sin eso, hice la gestión lo pedí a mi medico Primario, la niña que atiende mi llamada me dice que mi cita es presencial. Llega el Día de la cita me voy una hora antes de la cita, la niña de la recepción me dice que la cita es virtual pero que el doctor está en el consultorio, que va hablar con la asistente del doctor a ver si me atiende. Viene una señorita muy grosera y me dice que el doctor no está ( ya la de la recepción había dicho que si estaba) que me vaya que ella me llama si el doctor dice que me atiende, le explico que necesito que el doctor me vea, dijo fuerte que no que quien me había dicho que el doctor atendía presencial. Me sentí maltratada por esta señorita como que yo estaba diciendo mentiras, muy desorganizado el servicio, que el doctor atiende después que no atiende. En resumen nunca el doctor me atendió. Por mi mala experiencia creo que no merecemos un maltrato con esta gente y estos doctores tan desorganizados para atender a sus pacientes

NO ATIENDEN LOS TELEFONOS LA CONTESTADORA ESTA FULL LAS 24h del dia , si se requiere un records medico no lo atienden , Tengo un cliente pidiendolos para su seguro de vida y no atienden FAX , no atienden llamadas . ( en manos de quienes tenemos la seguridad medica de este pais ? )

Pésima atención no atienden las llamadas de los pacientes del Dr Lanes ni su asistente se encuentra y la recepcionista le cuelga a uno llamada cuando se le hace
