I wish I could give 5 stars as I've done in the past, sadly now as a self pay they want $350 per visit. If I can't afford insurance how could I afford to get the best doctors out there which they have? It's purely impossible. I have the best care there a couple years ago and it's sad that I'll have to get probably less care somewhere else 😔

I wish I can give this office a -0. I was referred to this doctor by a hand specialist in May of this year. I called Dr Valenzuela office the next day to schedule an appointment. The only time they had was September 30. When I made the appointment, I provided all of my information which included my insurance information; number as well. I get to the appointment today for the front desk girl to tell me, they do not accept my insurance. I ask, why was I not told this a month ago, hell last week when they call to confirm my appointment. She just looked at me like, Oh well. I left and called to speak to the office manager and the guy who answered transferred me to a voice mail. I called again and ask who can I speak with regarding my issue and again he transferred me to another voice mail but this one was for the front desk.

Dr Valenzuela has LOST another PATIENT! Miguel and Aldrich are COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!!! I wanted to like this practice, but the staff has made that impossible. Dr Valenzuela seemed knowledgeable and liked to discuss RA, stating that he wanted to be proactive of the disease. Yet, after ordering MRIs & X-rays, it’s been over a month & no one at his office can confirm the images have arrived. He is all talk and no action. Two weeks ago, after months waiting for an appointment, I wasted several hours attending an appointment to go over test results that the doctor did not have available to access. Complete waste of my time. No one has returned my calls for the past few weeks and his support staff is awful. They just transfer your call to a voicemail that is never returned. It would be helpful if they spoke the English language, especially when leaving voice messages to confirm appointments and answering the phone…just sayin’. How did these people acquire an education? Or did they? Based on their lack of professionalism it’s a hard stretch to believe they actually have an education, in addition to their ultra LAZINESS. Perhaps the FL State Dept of Health and AHCA need to further investigate the doctor and his practice for abandoning their patients. Seems like all the 5 star reviews were from 2-3 years ago, and the most recent reviews agree with my assessment. Wish I had read them before wasting my time and my health with these pendejos.

Don’t waste your time. It took me 2 years to realize this dr is not for me. King wait times with minimal resolution.

They gave me 11:30am appt is already 13:36 and I’m still waiting in the room for the doctor( Valenzuela) he is an amazing doctor but he has always a delay… The staff and the doctor needs to improve in schedule less patients and be on time with them… nobody knows the sacrifice everybody does to be on time on their medicals appointments

Dr. Valenzuela and his outstanding staff have been my arthritis and autoimmune caretakers for many years at the IRIS location in Plantation. His widely-recognized knowledge and expertise in managing problems in this practice of care are amazing to observe and experience. Personnel in the front office, the infusion room, treatment room, and throughout the practice provide compassionate and professional attention and care. Although the practice is extremely busy, I always feel welcomed and confident that my concerns will be addressed, monitored (!!), and treated.

Worst rheumatologist. He didn't even bother to check my medical history or asked me questions. All questions I asked he said " we will see in next appointment. He paid more attention to the student he was teaching but not to the patient he had in front of him . No professional like reviews said. That's why I choose that dr. Just to get disappointed 😞

I had wait to see the doctor more an hour, and Finally see the doctor, I have to wait one more hour because he had a call. I do not recommend this doctor.

Definitivamente no recomiendo esta clínica, son un desastre, tuve una cita y tuve k esperar al dr Valenzuela 3 hrs y media, una falta de respeto total, el doctor no me indicó unos nuevos análisis para saber en qué grado tengo mi fibromyalgia ya que padezco de esta enfermedad hace 5 años, cuando llega al cuarto le explico todo y le digo k tengo un desgaste en la cadera , me manda una placa de Columna k no tiene nada k ver con la cadera, cuando está el resultado de la placa no me la enseña para decirme lo k tengo , me respondió k mi columna parecía una columna de más de 50 años, en fin un desastre, me orientó un MRI y me dijeron que se comunicarían conmigo para saber cuánto cubría el seguro y cuánto tendría k pagar yo y la oficina como si nada, tuve yo k llamar 2 veces explicar el cuéntame tu vida al final la de los seguros no hizo nada porque al parecer es otro desastre también y decidí cancelar todo lo que tenía programado en ese desastre de clínica. No se la recomiendo a ningún paciente para que no tenga que pasar por lo que pasé yo, una falta de respeto total, si aquí hubiera un 0 se lo daría porque es una pésima clínica y las personas que trabajan allí no ayudan al paciente a mejorar dicha estancia allí como tampoco hacen su trabajo correctamente. Por suerte en este país hay otros médicos que trabajan mejor con sus pacientes al igual que las personas que están en el front desk, una decepción total todo lo que tiene que ver con esta “clínica “ 000000
