I had appointment today with them, I've called 3 times to find out if they received my referral. My doctor had already faxed it twice. I was told this morning by someone who called me from their office that they had the referral. And then I show up and guess what they don't have a referral so bad bad .I can only guess at this point that I would have been sitting as long as the rest of the people look like they were sitting on top of each other waiting for their appointment times. Don't go here

This is a Dr that should retired ! I had to go to him because allá of a sudden there was an issue with my Dr and insurance that I had been going for year he had my dry eyes under control now came to see thi awful Dr and he did not want to put my plugs in I told him I had to do many things to control my Dr eyes he did not want to listen he should be put away and no Pt should go near him he is awful I told him I was not happy he did not care he wanted to sell some drops that when I saw the ingredients it just had glicerina 😡😡😡😡😡 he lost lied saying my insurance would not cover the plugs nd the restasis deop had been doing this for year

That it is I m not going back there again to wait an excessive length of time, but today was absurd. It was an hour and a half minutes after my appointment time before I have to get inside and complain loudly so they take care of me, and only then because I complained after waiting for so long, I got inside there and a nurse put yellow eye drops that burn my eye, and she couldn't make the machines work in the first room, she took me to the second room and put the yellow burning eyes drops for second time, and again the machines did not work, she took me out and asked me to wait for the doctor again, I left without seeing the doctor!! Never coming to that awful office again, Doctor has no manners, and do not respect his patients time! my eyes were yellow inside and out, very upsetting experience!!

Never got to see the doctor as they never answered their phone or returned any of my messages to schedule an appointment. If they don't answer their phones or return calls the care must not be any better. No desire to even try anymore.

Awful and a rip-off. I went because I needed a referral for corrective surgery. The staff never let me know this required a full eye exam. I was hustled thorough to an eye pressure exam - if you don't know, they literally push an eye measuring prod directly into your eye - a male nurse performed this and was not careful or mindful at all. The whole time I'm telling them I'm just here for a referral and I've already had a thorough eye exam that same year - they didn't care. Dr. Takkavoli sees me and he is nice, but in the end does not give me a referral. Now I'm charged $120 for absolutely NOTHING.

Dr Tavakoli is a amazing Dr and wonderful person but to get to him you have to go trough valley of shadows !!His staffs are horrible!! They don’t care ,base on my personal experience they dilate my eyes twice by mistake when I actually went there to get reading glasses !!! The second time it happened I tried to tell the Spanish lady who speak minimum English that that happened before and it’s a mistake she yelled at me and said this is how it works !!and she did it again !!and I had to go back again make appointment and sit there 2 hrs again !!you know how long the waiting is !!!!or I recently broke my reading glasses I went in drop the glasses with Glasses guy , he said he will call me back in few days to let me know what color of same Frame he will get ,I haven’t heard from him in two weeks !! longest story short after two weeks I start calling to see what’s going on and where is my Glasses I got so many answer so many times that he will call me back And it never happen !! Same story every time I called ,get my phone number and he will call me back!! 3 time I called today ,Emily answered the phone she is the only one who cares and really work hard there!! She got my answer and actually called me back !!! And have my glasses ready literally for the next day !! Out of curiosity I asked who is the office manager ?turns out glasses guy is the office manager !!! What a shame that Dr Tavakoli’s reputation in hand of this people , or other one the Russian girl in the front with a short blonde hair on the power trip !! She is so rude beyond expectations!! she really get you by surprise for being next level rude and angry! It feels like you are bothering her for doing her job !! I seen it with me or my family members and so many of those poor old people who go to this office! I’m his Patient for 20 years because Dr Tavakoli is amazing, but everything else is so disappointing there

I’m so appreciative this kind Dr. went above & beyond to help me on the weekend. When I came to the office, his office staff were very attentive & kept the office clean & safe for their patients. Excellent Dr. with excellent staff!

I finally cut the ties with Tavakkoli. I have ALWAYS had to wait an excessive length of time, but today was absurd. It was an hour and 20 minutes after my appointment time before I was called back, and only then because I complained after waiting in my car for 50 minutes and was complaining loudly after they allowed me into the waiting room. Another patient had an appointment 15 minutes BEFORE mine, but was docile, and she was still waiting when I went in. I told the assistant that I felt I was called then only because I was complaining, as a patient who should have been before me was still waiting. I asked him if that was correct, and he simply rolled his eyes and left the room, refusing to answer. That was the last straw. No hint of an apology from anyone. I told Tavakkoli and his helpers that they showed no respect for the patients. He tried to blame the pandemic, but we know it has always been a matter of over-scheduling. I decided that I could not have my eyes tended to by that

I have known Dr Tavakkoli professionally and as a patient for a number of years. He is extremely professional, a wonder calming and caring physician with excellent skills. It was my privilege to work with him for over 20 years in an outpatient center. I have been his patient for the last 15 years. I am an RN

My MIL is milked for her Medicare benefits. This is a factory. Wait time could be 2 hours with an appointment. Always wants to do laser surgery. She's 89. Demand a professional 2nd opinion referral from your primary care physician.
