The receptionist on the phone was very rude and would not let me explain my symptoms.

what a great visit with the staff and Dr Akrami in Jensen Beach. the queen 👑 of EKG's was wonderful. put you at ease with a fantastic sense of humor! Dr Akrami had a great, as they call it, bedside manor. he was kind, knowledgeable and quick to assess the reason for my visit! I was in and out timely even with a busy amount of clients. I was not rushed and the staff was exceptional from checking in to checking out. kudos to HCA for having this wonderful staff! see you in six months!!

I am so thankful for the care and professionalism that Dr. Sean Johnson provided my mother. She was very nervous but Dr. Johnson put her at ease taking his time to explain the procedure. We also were pleasantly surprised to see the surgical team introduce themselves and answer questions prior to the surgery. At the follow up visit again Dr. Johnson demonstrated his special touch being personable and once again taking his time to go over the much awaited result. Doctors like him are hard to find and we surely appreciate everything he represents. Thank you Dr. Johnson for your expertise, care, professionalism and genuineness. See you in 6 months! 🙏

Cesar Reategui Sanchez, MD. Just wanted to give my surgeon a shout out. He is amazing and I feel very blessed to have had Dr. Sanchez perform my procedure. He was there start to finish. I actually spent 8 days in the hospital after a right colectomy due in part, to an angry small intestine that didn't want to wake up and get back to work, lol. Dr. Sanchez personally visited my room 2 to 3 times per day checking in with me and keeping me up to date. He was the friendly face that gave me peace during a troubled time and seeing him pop in always made me smile. He has surrounded himself with great staff and the whole thing is professional and runs like clockwork. He took his time to explain and answer all questions prior, during my stay and during my post op follow up. 100%, all day long, he is the guy you want in your corner. I trust him and believe you can trust him as well. I am probably leaving something out but if you are looking for someone for a needed surgery, I wholeheartedly suggest that you meet him and his team. I think your search will end with an appointment. The office staff are incompetent. I received a letter from my insurance that apparently Dr. Jordan put in for. But I have questions. That I need ANSWERS FOR. BUT THERE LAZY INCOMPETENT STAFF DOES NOT RETURN CALLS. AND NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. THEY HAVE NO REGARD FOR PATIENTS.

TERRIBLE OFFICE! THE WORST STAFF, ESPECIALLY KIM THE OFFICE MANAGER. DR LEAL AND THE OTHER DOCTORS DO NOT CARE AND ARE UNAWARE AT WHAT HAPPENS IN THEIR OFFICES. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PRIMARY OFFICE IF YOU CAN. THIS OFFICE CANT CALL YOU BACK OR EVEN FILL IMPORTANT PRESCRIPTIONS. TERRIBLE PATIENT CARE. ANYONE WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES SHOULD FIND A DIFFERENT PRIMARY BECAUSE THIS OFFICE DOESNT TAKE IT SERIOUSLY.
